My daughter goes here to cheer and I have had a welcome feeling walking in the first time and since. Great things happen here with the girls making new friends and learning with their peers. Coaches have a lot of patience and cheer just comes naturally to them and the assistants can provide one on one when the need that spirit boost.

Take these good reviews with a grain of salt as I’ve identified a dozen or so from Elite Heat coaches. The owner Laura is extremely incompetent and sees her athletes as a cash register instead of people. She up charges for everything including outfits, sneakers, photos, etc. She will often charge for services you don’t even receive like choreography. If you bring this fact up you will not receive a response from Laura. You will be treated better at other gyms.

This is my daughter’s third year with the organization (first year with full year). My daughter loves the private lessons and tumbling classes. She’s made a lot of progress. She’s made great friendships and absolutely loves cheer!!

This is my second season with Elite Heat and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I walk through the doors! Last year was my final season as a senior aged athlete after 7 years with another program, and I was welcomed so kindly from the very beginning. I drove an hour and a half to practice for a year because there is nothing like this place. Elite Heat gave me a place to belong, people I could count on, and opportunities I didn’t know existed for me.. This season, I moved to Buffalo and joined the coaching staff and I couldn’t be more fulfilled. The environment here is different than any other, and these coaches are so committed to the sport and creating a safe space for all the athletes. WNY best place for cheerleading and tumbling. They have so many programs for all ages and abilities. They have the most private lessons available for any cheerleader, dancer or gymnast. I love how the staff keeps up to do date with all the knowledge about tumbling to keep up with competition.

Elite heat is a great place for all ages to learn the foundations of tumbling all the way through their elite cheerleading teams! I learned not only cheerleading skills but also how to be a better person in my community while I was a cheerleader there.

They now even offer work out classes which is a plus for the parents. Their social media and website are very helpful for the most up to date information on new class options! Elite heat is a great place to bring your kids!

This is my daughters second year of doing the half year program. We love the gym and all of the coaches and staff. Cheerleading is more than cheering, it is bonding and working as a team, which are great life skills. We have seen huge improvements over the past year and are excited to see what the future holds. Both of my daughters have been coming to Elite Heat since 2021. My girls have done private lessons, half year, full year and this year my younger daughter will be doing their new showcase team. They really have something for everyone. The coaches are super kind and knowledgeable, my daughters always have a hard time picking who they want lessons with because they love them all. Our family has been with elite heat since 2016 and they are more than just a place for our daughter to cheer. This is her second family and the friends she has are some of the best. They have taught her confidence, determination and the ability to succeed with hard work. These kids have some extreme strength and flex abilities. I’ve been with this program for nearly 10 seasons. The love and trust you feel immediately when you walk into the gym and begin your first couple practices is unlike any gym I have ever been to. I was with another program in the area for 7 season and never got the respect and support I receive here. I started out as an athlete then quickly became a coach. I’ve been coaching our tiny program for 6 seasons and our mini program for 4 seasons and the passion I have for this age group is unmatched. The knowledge and love I share with our young athletes in the gym, I promise you, you won’t find anywhere else. This gym is more than a place, it’s a second home for these athletes and my co coaches are constantly pouring everything they have into these young athletes every single day.

I have been cheering at this gym for 7 years now and it has been nothing but amazing. The coaches, and athletes all care about eachother in ways that are unmatched to any gym you could go to. Your coaches care about you like u are part of their family, and they joke like friends ; I don’t know if I could say that about many gyms. I could have a very bad practice or comp and I will be immediately told how much I am loved. The bonds u make on your teams here is so big. If there is drama with someone on the team, the coaches know how to handle it calmly. Ever since I’ve been here, my coaches have shown a huge interest in me improving in all my skills. Especially Coach Caitlin and Coach Katelyn. They have never given up on me, and that makes a huge impact on my love for cheer. I love elite heat all stars and it is my favorite place in the world. I’ve been at elite heat around 11 years now, since 2013, and i’ve never had a bad experience. whenever i have a bad or stressful day or at school i can always count on going to the gym to forget about it. regarding the coaches, coach laura has been there for me and every other athlete at the gym no matter what. she’s gotten me through a lot and i’m very grateful for her. if it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t be the person or athlete i am today. right now i’m on the small junior level three team, red hot, and it’s one of the best seasons ever!! i have two more seasons at elite heat before i have to leave, which makes me so sad, but i can’t wait to be what those seasons have in store. i’m forever grateful for elite heat and what this program has done for me.

As a newer member to this gym, I feel it is important to share my experience through this review. When we came to Elite Heat we were welcomed with open arms. I was so impressed with how the staff and other members treated us as if we were family and not just a number. The staff has shown me nothing but the upmost respect since we have started at the gym. Any concern has always been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. This gym provides so much more than cheer practices and competitions for my daughter. They teach skills that will serve her in her adult life. Skills like not giving up when things get hard, hard work builds good character, the ability to be a good team player, the importance of eating healthy to fuel your body, teaching her how to be a humble athlete…. I could go on and on. As a family we have been able to embark on new experiences and create memories we will look back on when our daughter is older. We joined Elite Heat Allstars this season after being with another local program for 5 years. The coaches and owner were welcoming to my son and 2 daughters. The skills and confidence my son has gained at this gym is remarkable from May to January. He has went from a beginning level 2 athlete to a level 3 tumbling athlete perfecting his skills with positive feedback from his coaches. As a boy, allstar cheer can be tough but the coaches make sure he feels no different than other athletes. The owner Laura knows my son, his skills and gives him feedback although she is not one of his coaches. She coaches my oldest in which my daughter enjoys Laura as a coach. When my youngest wanted to join, Laura and other coaches went out of their way to help find her team. End the day, this is a business and we know costs ahead of time and there are many fundraising opportunities to off set costs. When I have billing questions they are quickly answered by email.
Overall this is a great allstar gym that is competitive and places athletes on teams based on skill level. Beyond team practices, there are opportunities for private tumble lessons, flyer flex, flight school and more.

We have been at Elite for 3 years now. I could not imagine going anywhere else . My daughter loves the gym and her coaches and still has a bond with her past coaches. Laura takes a lot of pride in being a family here and the support and caring for the kids are like no other . I do not see us ever leaving and my daughter and myself have make friendships here that will last forever. If there is ever an issue which is rare it is handled right away with follow up.

Wow, just wow. Wanna throw away time and money?? Just come here! I joined the gym for the 2022-2023 season. Lets just say I am now in touch with an attorney trying to recover money and a uniform that they stole from me after we left on Oct. 31st 2023. All this due to the horrible coaching and disrespect to a paying customer who just wanted to know where her athletes future would be with her aging out of the Junior level this year. Too many other issues to list, especially as far as financially, so just save your money and go elsewhere. Also, if your child is not on a level 3 team or higher, you will never receive the love, suppport and drive that the other teams receive. You'll be lucky if they even know your child's name!!! Funny that I feel it's necessary to leave a review and comment after seeing coaches, staff and favorite parents, commenting and star powering google after a true, but bad review was left. There are other gyms to check out, do your research and watch for the paid fakes!

This is my daughter’s 7th season at Elite Heat. The owner and coaches are amazing. Everyone really loves and cares about the children. Elite Heat has created a safe haven for my child. The life lessons, confidence, and care this gym provides is irreplaceable. No matter what is happening in life, my daughter knows that when she steps in that gym she is going to be loved and accepted. There is so much toxicity in youth sports, and I am happy that this gym sees beyond that. Being a competitive athlete is important, but being a good person is what matters. I have been with this program for over 10 years now it is my second home. While I was an athlete my family went through some hard times. The gym and practices is where I feel like I can forget about what is going on in the outside world. I felt extremely loved and very supported by the Staff and other team mates. My daughter started with the half year program about 3 years ago and found her passion. The next season she started with the full year program and is currently in her 2nd season. She has learned so much, met some of her best friends and has become an amazing athlete in the short time there. This is my daughter's 5th year with Elite Heat. We have had a very positive experience over the past 5 years. Elite Heat is not some big franchise gym where your athlete is just a number. This gym is one big family where love is at the center of everything. Coach Laura loves and supports all athletes, families, and coaches. My daughter has struggled with her own internal battles (just as we all do), and the coaches have been right there to help her along. This program has believed in her abilities and boosted her confidence, even when she has had trouble believing in herself. Elite Heat is her safe space and home away from home, and I am honestly not sure where she would be without it. Watching her grow (as both an athlete and person) through the years at Elite Heat has been nothing short of amazing. I have 2 girls in the program, we have been in Allstar cheer for 8 years, this is our 6th year at Elite Heat. My girls LOVE their coaches at this gym more than anything in the world. I can tell you that going anywhere else would be extremely difficult due to these relationships and bonds. The overall care and love that these athletes get is beyond just coaching of cheer. I also think that the program has recently evolved and is still evolving to give the athletes more opportunities for individual growth.

I have been here for. 3 years and u can’t do it anymore Laura did not care about these kids she used the money to get body surgeries and she could not run this gym and coach she brought her dog into the gym during practice not caring about allergies and she also let the dog pee on the mats and make the girls clean it . The way she ran this program was unbelievable my daughter was not learning to skill she was supposed too. I put my daughter in stingrays Allstars in Clarence and she can do a back tuck and she couldn’t even do the proper backwalkover she only has been going there since around may-June 2023 and it’s January of 2024 they didn’t give her proper corrections. I highly recommend stingrays instead and also her coach’s Jamie and Nicki told the team they can’t swim at the hotel because it will waste energy like they cant sleep? they want to go to a hotel with a pool to have fun. They coach’s told this youth 1 team 9-12 year olds they had to workout for competitions and they have to eat healthy fruits the whole weekend and I don’t know if I sound crazy but these are kids don’t force food choices on them. My child came out of practice several times crying because mean girl or mean coaches she was overworked for a 10 year old. And the moms on her team told this kid she shouldn’t be on the team right in front of her and it was her friends mom I hate that she didn’t feel welcomed because of that they talked horrible about my 10 year old daughter. And if you are catholic or Christian like us they have Sunday practices stingrays does not do that.save your self the money and go to a gym that’s worth it like stingrays because this place is not it. 👎👎

Unfortunately, there aren't many local options for All-star cheer. It's not cheap, but there are ways to fundraise your bill. Traveling is expensive, but my girls love to travel to competitions with their friends. It's a great experience for you kids to learn to deal with hard work, team work, difficult people, winning, and losing.

This gym is absolutely amazing and well worth the price! The coaches are super supportive of all their athletes and ensure that they all also show respect towards eachother. They have the best of the best work out equipment and each of their routines are amazing and original. I love that they also run programs for the parents. They will help make your child the best they can be as long as they apply themselves and listen to their coaches.

Elite Heat is every and more than I imagined in a gym. My daughter has been in all star cheer world 4+ years and has been to other local gyms. At HEAT they organized and very open with communication. My daughter has excelled tremendously with there coaching and tumbling. Coach Beth, Coach Kristen, Coach Laura... they are Buffalo’s best! We are so happy we made the move to Elite Heat All Stars over a year ago, all our cheer dreams have come true! This gym really has a unique on of a kind love, only a Heat athlete will understand.
