Empower Pilates is hands down the best fitness studio on the East End. The classes that are offered are fresh and engaging. Jeannie, Maria and Alina are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always attentive to every individuals needs. The studio is clean and neat. I love this place! The people are all great. Jeannie, the owner is warm and welcoming and her reformer classes are intelligent and challenging.
Buti yoga with Dani is unlike anything else. Her class and her energy are incredible.
I absolutely love my privates with Maria. She has a background in physical therapy and personal training so can look at you and know what your imbalances are and how to fix them. I feel so strong, healthy and EMPOWERED. Try it and you’ll feel it too!

Thank goodness for this studio! I have tried many other workout places on the east end of Long Island but this one in particular is the best. The environment and culture that April and Jeannie have created is what will keep you coming back for more. The results are insanely quick as they maximize your workout in 1 hour sessions. They will provide modifications if your a beginner and challenges if your body wants more. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking to shed the last ten pounds and get toned, or looking to make some major lifestyle changes then April has a plan for you. She focuses not only on a proper exercise regimen but also provides nutritional guidelines and secrets that only a seasoned trainer would know. I personally have enjoyed the hard work that she has me put into each session. I smile when I see the overwhelming results that she has helped me achieve. If you’re looking to make changes, then this studio is for you. You don’t have to go at it alone, they will walk through the journey with you step by step.

The best workouts i have ever experienced! April is the best! My husband and i have been going to 8 weeks now and couldn't ask for more. April teaches you how to exercise and offers meal plans which are incredible. With her meal plans you eat real food, not pre-packaged meals.
And if you don't walk out from one of April's classes sweating, then you didn't push yourself hard enough.

I came to American Muscle Studio's last Summer almost every single day and I now live in Maryland and have been seriously missing my workouts here! I came home to Long Island for my birthday this weekend and my first thought was that I MUST come back for a class. I was not disappointed, April's Sweatsesh class is so much fun and the only way I can be motivated to get up for an 8:15am class on a Saturday!!

Love this place! The trainers are motivating and always pushing you. I personally love the Hiit classes or A.M. Group Strength Training classes which are a mix of cardio and sculpting. The workouts are always mixed up so you never get bored and I always feel great leaving. I also love the yoga classes there that help you stretch and relieve some of the soreness. Also I love that the gym requires you to use clean sneakers and wipe down all the equipment!

Training at American Muscle Studios is a great experience. The facility is modern with sufficient equipment for personal or group classes. The Pilates equipment and training is world class. I highly recommend AMS as a facility on the East End of LI that caters for everyone.

Very versatile studio; I started there to take yoga classes and now almost two years later I'm strength training with a personal trainer every week. They have tons of classes with so many options like yoga, kickboxing, H.I.T, Pilates, TRX and more. They definitely have something for everyone; men, women, beginners and advanced. The trainers here are extremely knowledgeable on not only the classes they teach but nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Definitely a great place to check out if you're looking to get in shape. They have flexible hours for those who work, easy to schedule all with an app!

A really great experience that exceeded my expectations. After years of deliberation I finally grew the courage to put my timidity to the side and try this place. Wow! Wish I had done so sooner! Upon arrival the instructor Cindey greeted me with a warm and inviting smile. I knew we were off to a great start. Cindey continuously encouraged me throughout the class. Her positive gentle spirit was nourishing. She carefully challenged the class, which was a mix of all ability levels. I never felt like the "new girl" or the "beginner", Cindey made sure that I fit in. I had a great time in her class (TRX fusion) and will continue to attend her classes. She helped spark my curiosity to try other classes there as well.

One last note: my husband came with me to one class and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Since the class uses your own body weight it is a great workout for both men and women.
