The best gym I have ever joined! I hated going to chain gyms where it was always packed with people waiting for equipment and found myself bored trying to make up workouts. A friend convinced me to try F45 and I loved it on Day 1. The workouts are planned out for you! There’s a great mix of strength and cardio training. The classes push you and I’ve seen a lot more growth in my fitness level than I ever have with other gyms. The coaches are all amazing! They help correct your form to get the most out of your workout. Highly recommend!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE F45! I joined F45 about a year ago and have seen the most results ever with this fitness facility. I have been working out for years and this gym has the most efficient workouts increasing strength, agility, muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance and of course fat decrease. There are diets to follow on the app as well as at home workouts. The coaches are phenomenal, very encouraging and willing to make modifications. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone regardless of fitness level. The members are kind, welcoming and motivating as well. I’m so grateful to be a part of this community. I have been going to this gym for the past couple years. I love the vibe, energy and the trainers. This is the only gym that can get me out of bed at 4:45AM to workout. I enjoy how every workout is different as I've gone to similar gyms that repeat the same workout each week for a month before switching. There are cardio days, strength, and hybrid. I just finished my 10th session with F45 this morning and have been loving it so far. The workouts are not easy, which I enjoy because I have been pushing myself harder each class and have really been feeling/seeing progress way faster than trying to follow my gym routine. The classes move quickly, the environment is welcoming, and the trainers have been very friendly and helpful! I would recommend to try it out.

Tried it out one time. Won’t be back. Good and clear instruction and relatively friendly obviously regular people who probably only come here and nowhere else. Props to all who do CrossFit type of workouts. I can hammer out 50 miles of running a week at my absolute worst and always finish top 5% overall of my road races but CrossFit is too chaotic for me. Especially with adhd I can’t focus when everything is changing every 30 seconds. Too much jumping around to different random exercises. Very short duration per exercise, hard to find a rhythm. Especially don’t recommend if you are on any type of drug that dampens your performance (I am). I can run a 5k in 20 min on my medications but struggle to walk in a straight line holding weights. Make it make sense lol. 10/10 for people who are into CrossFit. Probably not for people who do a specialized endurance sport. I’ll stick to running, cycling and fighting since it makes more sense to me. It was really fun though! Definitely try the Mont Blanc class if you go! ❤️

Great spot for an effective workout (45 min or less!), team spirit, high energy, and fun vibe. I love that these are group workouts, yet I still have options to modify or challenge myself, and the coaches are super helpful with making sure I have the correct form. Most of my life I’ve gone to your typical public gyms with numerous machines and treadmills spread across the room, I recently moved just outside of Buffalo and was convinced to try out F45 Black Rock from a couple of current members. Let me tell you, at F45 you will be humbled during the workout but overwhelmed with satisfaction and accomplishment upon finishing the stations. This gym is the definition of a great atmosphere and even better people. The amount of encouragement and support that is consistently present from members and staff is amazing. In my first class I felt like part of a family, I was welcomed with smiles and good conversation, it’s almost like negativity doesn’t exist inside those walls. I highly recommend trying out 3-4 classes, each day brings something new and exciting and although it’s difficult you can feel free to go at your pace and workout within your limits. As long as you’re someone that wants to be successful and you’re interested in a “can do” environment, F45 is the place for you.

This place is very welcoming to people new to circuit training and their enthusiasm is infectious. The workouts are intense and the music is loud—it definitely has a distinct vibe. The demo video screens are helpful for newbies and the equipment is always clean and in great condition. It may not be the place for you if you have injuries to work around; it’s a fast-paced workout and it can be tough to get modifications from the coaches in the moment (or even in between classes since they are back to back). If that’s not an issue for you though, it’s definitely worth checking out!

Best decision I’ve made was joining this gym. I’ve been on sports teams my whole life and not having that has made it difficult for me to workout/know what to do in a regular gym. This feels just like being apart of a team - and you really are a team! ALL of the coaches are exceptional and know exactly when you need that extra motivation. As an independently owned gym, I definitely give this place credit. Everyone is welcoming, the facilities are clean, you feel included and welcome. Dom in particular is one trainer who I find is very attentive to checking form and giving you modifications (even if that means mods to make it harder lol). You’ll get a full body workout and burn lots of calories.

As a franchise, I feel like this kind of workout is geared toward those familiar with lifts and HIIT. Like CrossFit, there is often a focus on complex lifts done quickly for max energy burn. For example, 60s of deadlifts to clean to overhead press done as part of a cardio workout. This is awesome to sweat and hit your muscles but it is a very complex move. A deadlift itself deserves a full instruction with real time feedback and takes awhile to master. So caution those who are newer to complex lifts to take your time to avoid injury. Unlike CrossFit, there are not slower portions of class dedicated to mastering form. That said, these owners in particular do the best job they can with this given format.

If you’re looking for a full body bootcamp that is fun, literally never boring, and time flies while getting your butt kicked—this is your place. If you’re looking for pure muscle building, I would supplement with slower lift days focused on form and progressive overload though no doubt these workouts will make you stronger.
