FasTwitch Kinetics helped me during my return to sport after an ACL injury. Training with Matt helped me find the power and speed that was missing as I worked back from this injury. I used Fast twitch kinetics training to get faster at mountainbiking , running and xc country skiing. The results within a few weeks of training were phenomenal. I improved my bike times and was fast and strong enough to win a few races!
For xc country skiing training with Matt made me more balanced on my skis with quick reflexes on some precarious downhills that otherwise I would have crashed. The results are amazing.

My goal was lofty but simple, be a better athlete at 63! Always been in good shape, but I needed more quickness on the court; FasTwitch made me quicker and stronger in just a few training sessions! Highly recommend Matt for any level athlete to any person that needs more stability!

Impressive results within just one block of Better Built Athlete training. My goal was simple; improve my fitness so that I could safely climb longer, vertical ice routes than last season. Matt created a training program of layered movements that significantly improved my ability to access power at the limits of my range of motion as well as my overall balance. Better balance and more powerful movements throughout a full range of motion translated into more efficient climbing movements and thus greater endurance
