I felt hopeless before I started working with Brittany. The weight started creeping up when I hit my 50’s and I just couldn’t take it off no matter how hard I tried. Brittany told me she could help me. I was skeptical but was willing to give it a try. Brittany’s workout were challenging but she always made it fun! Two months later I dropped two pants sizes! I highly recommend Brittany; she is an amazing personal trainer!

I love it , it was an amazing experience and I was able to improve my health , my body shape and work out routine under Brittany couching - she was amazing from beginning to end I worked with her for about a month and the results are mind blowing - I feel more confidence when grocery shopping , I feel more confidence when going to the gym by myself I feel better and I like what I see on myself totally worth it and coming back for more !

Britt is amazing. She has taught me how to find balance in my life (food, working out, work, kids, life) I have 2 young kids, work full time, and am busy! She has helped me understand that working out isn’t a punishment for food I ate and not feeling guilty for eating cake with my kids. I’m no longer a slave to a cardio machine. Brittany is amazing! I've been working with Brittany for about 7 months now and I definitely see a transformation in my body. Brittany teaches you as your working out the importance of proper eating and teaches you how to track your food intake. She has teaches you the importance of each excercise as well as the muscles the excercise is targeting and why it's important to strengthen that muscle! Highly recommend!!
