I had a wonderful experience when purchasing personal training sessions as gift for my sister. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I got a tour of the entire gym and was even offered to stay and work out. I was impressed with FIRM’s top of the line equipment like Pelotons!

FIRM is amazing, super nice staff, and very welcoming when I started getting back into the gym. Even had the trainers giving me tips on correct forms so I don’t hurt myself. If you’re thinking about joining a gym you can’t go wrong joining FIRM Athletics!

Beautiful, clean, and well equipped gym. The staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere of the facility itself is very community based. Motivational energy (they put David Goggins on TV!) and the best place to workout in town!! Highly recommend 😎

absolutely beyond me they even consider themselves a gym its quite literally the size of my living room. Cant host events and ownership couldn't be bothered to show any form of respect and appreciation for their customers and visitors. Save yourself the struggle and go anywhere else for a gym membership

Absolutely LOVE this gym. It's clean and conveniently located. Easy to park. Clean bathrooms/shower. High end feeling. Weights are in the proper places. Machines are new and the management is friendly. Highly recommended!!! It's Batmans favorite gym on the north shore. Must check it out!!!!

This is a "boutique" gym. While not being large, there is a great selection of free weights and machines. The machines are kept it perfect working order. There are a number of Pelotons, treadmills, etc. There is a good selection of classes and the training staff are encouraging and know their stuff.

I took a chance of rejoining this gym because it was great pre-covid, and now it's like working out at a high school gym. If I'm going to pay $100 bucks per month with a fee on the 3rd month, I don't want to see dudes with their shirts off working out, their sneakers off while bench pressing, and waiting to use a machine because they only have one of each (minus cardio machines and they have 2 bench presses, maybe 3). Additionally, the lockers are useless because half of them are locked, or the others have clothes in them already. The parking lot is way too small, and street parking is limited. Lastly, they do not clean this gym well. Every time I went to this gym, I hadn't seen one worker clean or sanitize the machines. Also, I haven't seen any members of the gym clean up after themselves when finishing with a machine. In short, I hope they read this and look into some of these issues because any level-headed individual wouldn't spend money for a gym like this.

Great facility for national, college, state, club athletes, equipment is top notch as an international athlete that’s lived and trained in sports institutions all across Europe, the staff there are extremely professional, Patrick one of the coaches is highly experienced with athletes will definitely be back.

Wonderful local gym for my family. Excellent staff and equipment. The gym is well maintained and clean. Peloton bike and tread are a significant plus. The downstairs offers spin and other fitness classes while the main floor houses free weights, machines, treadmills and the peloton equipment. Outdoor spin classes were offered during the fall which was nice. Great gym.

The gym is extremely clean and has all the equipment you will need to get a good work out. The classes are challenging and make you sweat with motivational instructors. Sophia the manager runs the place well and is very responsive. I highly recommend going there!

Great facility with new equipment, renovated amenities and a wonderful staff!!!! Sofia in particular is fabulous. The full class schedule provides excellent options and there are plenty of machines and weights - even Peletons! There is also ample room for stretching and floor exercises. Highly recommend!!

Clean, Nice people, not a crowded gym at all. They have all types of classes and acupuncture. Great place to workout before/ after my commute since it's close to the train.
