I have been going to FBBC in Deer Park since I wanted to βtry it outβ back in 2013. 12 years later and I am zoom in or attend in person, still attending. The trainers are fantastic. Aly is the best. And the other members are like a family, keeping you accountable, etc.

I first discovered the gem of Deer Park Fit Boot Camp back in 2011. At the time I was overweight, in pain all the time, tired and a horrible eater. I literally did no physical exercise at all, other than walk to the couch and to the kitchen. I initially signed up for a 4 Week Package. I started beginning of July. I will admit, it was horrible in the beginning. The first day I seriously wondered what did I just get myself into??? I felt like I did not belong there. But then I went the 2nd day, and the 3rd and then the whole 1st week. I made it. It got easier. I completed the 4 weeks. I lost 7 lbs and 6% BMI. I was addicted. I then signed up for membership 3 days a week. I became a fitness fanatic. I felt amazing. Aly, the owner & trainer was the key to my success. Throughout the years, I have been in & out of bootcamp. Work schedules, illnesses, etc have sometimes put a pause on my attendance. I have tried other methods, but always back at Aly's. I have now gone back for his 6 week challenge. Again, the magic is back! 1st week lost 7 lbs...but getting my mojo back. I am eating great foods that are healthy. I am exercising regularly. Most important I am happy with myself. This is my happy place. It is the fire that gets me going. I am grateful to Aly, his staff members Debbie and Christine. They give personalized attention to every member. They work with you if you need to modify any exercises.
