Oakdale Fit Body Boot Camp is the best! I’ve been a member for over three years and it still keeps me motivated. The workouts are different everyday so you don’t get bored and the classes are 35 minutes long and make it easy to fit a workout into my super busy schedule. The atmosphere is very supportive and the coaches are super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve tried other gyms but this is the only one that has ever kept me coming back.

I absolutely love Fit Body Bootcamp Oakdale! Megan is such an encouraging and supportive trainer with an amazing memory and she really makes an effort with each member personally. I was unsure initially if I could be a member, as I have a lot of physical limitations and discover that I can! Megan always provides me with mods and she is very knowledgeable. I'm happy and excited to keep with this program to develop my strength and improve my fitness. I look around the room and am amazed by what people are doing over time. The atmosphere is fun and inspiring and the gym staff go above and beyond to offer tips not just inside the gym but also offer info for habits to get healthy outside of the gym. You can take what works for you or not. I appreciate it! It's a family like atmosphere and I'm so glad I found them!

This boot camp was the best I have ever been too. They have great hours that fit into people's schedule. I was able to go every day before work. I have since moved and I'm hoping to find a place that is half as good. Try the challenge you won't regret it!

Be very wary about signing up for this gym during one of their trials. I signed up during their Black Friday sale. Granted, the gym and the coaches were excellent but there was a lack of transparency in terms of the actual trial & agreement. Once the new year hit, I saw a boat load of charges to my credit card including the weekly fees and the yearly membership renewal fee. I had gone to both the manager and the coach for clarification, and was told that I had signed up for the regular membership to continue at expiration when I signed up for the trial. & that there’s a 30 day cancellation policy, so I would be still be charged for 4 weeks after cancelling. I had no recollection of this. Giving the gym the benefit of the doubt, I had requested them to please turn over all of the documentation I had filled out when I initially signed up for the trial. This went on about two weeks (which they were beating around the bush). I never received the documentation that had I requested. Eventually, I told them that I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The tables had turned, and I had gotten a complete refund. The unfortunate thing is, I probably would have rejoined the gym when the time was right if they had just given me the refund off the bat, opposed to me having to bring my credit card company into the argument. Gym policies aren’t binding unless there was a physical written agreement signed, thankfully I used my credit card when I signed up.

I am so happy that I joined!! Matt, Megan and Amy are absolutely amazing and so positive! I love that they walk around the room and work with us individually if we need help. They are always so supportive and just all around great trainers!!! They really keep us pumped throughout and don’t ever let us give up! The 30 minutes is a perfect amount of time as to not completely derail everything else going on in our lives but all while really maximizing the workout! The only regret I have is that I didn’t join months ago when I originally found out about Fit Body Boot Camp!!

As a mom of 4 little ones is has been very hard for me to carve out time to do something for myself. I first signed up for one of their 21 day specials and loved the workouts.The 30 minute workouts are challenging and modifications are shown, if needed. Zach and all the other coaches are so encouraging and they push you to do your best. All members are supportive of each other. FBBC also offers nutritional information if you need it. In the past two months, I’ve been busy with family, obligations, and self-improvement. I am so happy to say that I was a champion at the black dress contest at Oakdale, NY Fit Body Boot Camp! I went to FBBC on a 3 day trial through my friend. I absolutely loved the classes and felt how challenging they were and LOVED the sweat session. I decided to try the $67 special they offered and needless to say became a member. When I go I definitely reap the benefits. They are patient and if you're having difficulty with a certain move they will go over it with you. In 30 minutes you crunch in a magnificent workout!!! Zach and the other trainers are awesome!! I signed up for a 28 day trial to check out this workout and this group. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It’s a great workout that’s very quick and works for my busy lifestyle. The schedule is convenient and flexible. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and motivating. Zach is great and shows modifications when I need them. I loved it so much that I signed up for a full membership. Of all the gyms I’ve tried - and I’ve tried them all! - this is one I’m excited to go to each day! So glad it was recommended to me.

I have been a member of Oakdale Fitbody since they have opened. During Covid they offered UTube workouts which I did in my living room. It was amazing to keep the weight down during Covid.
It's a 30-minute workout + cool down, and honestly works perfectly into my working mom life.

Zach is a great trainer. Will show us modifications if needed. Really supports the whole group with the exercise and cheers us on. The exercises are fun. Newbies like me have a hard time keeping up, but I took tests when needed and nothing was said, I just joined back in when I was ready. I had a hurt shoulder that got worse otherwise I'd still be there. Had a fun time at 630am most mornings (at least 4 a week). Thank you all for great workouts and great support. I go to morning & weekend classes and love it. It's a 30-minute workout + cool down, and honestly works perfectly into my working mom life. I just recently hit 200 sessions after starting in October, and I was able to lose ALL of my COVID weight, plus trim and tone. The culture and format there lends itself very well to people of all shapes, sizes, genders and fitness levels. The coaching staff are all lovely, and the members themselves are also great at making you feel welcome and helping you learn and grow. It's definitely worth doing the trial to see for yourself!

Oakdale NY Fit Body Boot Camp is AMAZING! Zach and team are very welcoming. The classes are fun, exciting & challenging and leave you walking away happy and proud. Fit Body Bootcamp Oakdale is a clean, contemporary gym that has classes that anyone at any age can do. It's a 30 minute workout- every workout is different. They use kettlebells, resistance bands, free weights, TRX and medicine balls. Everyone does the weight that they choose. This is NOT a crossfit workout! We have grandparents in our classes. And they kill it!
The trainers are there to guide you through the exercises and keep you motivated. They are also there for nutritional support.
I've been a gym rat for years and I can say I'm a true convert. 30 minutes a day and you get a FANTASTIC workout. I'll never go back to standing around a gym, waiting to get on a machine. I'm absolutely hooked.

Let me just say that the number one reason I leave a gym is usually because I get bored. 7 months in and I can tell you that is not the case here. I go at least 5 days a week. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive at FBBC, including the other members. It is such a positive environment, I have never felt judged or intimidated. The workouts are addicting, I never thought I would say that about exercise. I’ve actually had to convince myself not to go on an occasional morning when I wasn’t feeling well because I needed to rest (due to a migraine the day before). I’m so thankful I made the decision to join FBBC.

3 weeks ago I was inspired by a friend(JR) who joined Oakdale NY Fit Boot Camp. I thought to myself will I just continue to complain about my middle age weight spread or will I go for it and join. I made a great decision and the next day I started my 3 free classes. I was hooked. Do not get me wrong, it is tough, it is dedication getting up for the 5.30 am class with a work schedule . The endorphins released at the class make me feel great. Cassie, Shelby and Zach are all amazing trainers, they work with you and along side you to help you get the best workout in that 30 minutes. They inspire me to go longer and harder to become stronger and it works. Thank you Oakdale NY Fit Boot Camp.

Nothing but great things to say! First off, the trainers are great and motivating. Secondly, this is a 30 minute workout that hits every major part of your body. You can push yourself at every station for max exertion. You can scale back too if needed.
Every member is here to work out. Nothing clicky, no shaming. You owe it to yourself to give this place a try - try at least 3 workouts and you’ll really like it and like yourself afterwards!!

Since I’ve joined Oakdale fit body Boot Camp it has been nothing but a positive wonderful experience, the instructors are incredibly supportive and take the time to get to know each member individually and learn what their needs and goals are
I would have to say this is one of the best experiences that I’ve encountered during my fitness journey if you’re looking for something really cool and different check it out you won’t be disappointed!

Such an awesome addition to our town. Just what we needed. The owner is a local and very family oriented. Workouts are addicting and the coaches are great. Don’t be fooled by the 30 minutes, it will kick your butt and you’ll be dropping in sweat

After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, things got rough. After 10 years of doing nothing, except weight gain, cramping muscles, psoriatic arthritis pain getting worse, and shortness of breath, I had to do something. I joined NY fit body boot camp. Im now 10 lbs down, 3 % less body fat, breathing better, and moving better. All this because of a great professional staff, and encouraging co-exercisers!!! Always felt included despite needing modifications. Thank you!!!

Great workouts with awesome trainers who help you reach your goals and inspire you to push yourself to be your best you. This program also helps you with nutrition and diet intake.
I have been seeing an endocrinologist for thyroid issues and had been gaining weight no matter how much I was running and lifting weights.After only being in the program for 4 weeks I went back for a routine checkup and the doctor was amazed at how much weight I had lost and wanted to know what changed that helped me be at a healthy weight. I told them about my new workouts and the few changes I had made in my food intake.
I see changes happening constantly and so do others around me. I have co-workers and family noticing the changes and asking me what I’m doing different. Some have been so inspired that they are joining FBBC with me.
Again, I highly recommended FBBC of Oakdale since it has done so much for me!!!
