You’ve changed my life, YFBBC! For anyone thinking about signing up, DO IT! I started here in May and have seen incredible results. I’m down 25 lbs and starting to gain muscle. I went from not even wanting to walk up a flight of stairs to looking forward to each class every day. The trainers are amazing and everyone is so welcoming with positive attitudes. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, they will modify to suit your needs and goals. I’ve made some great friends and now feel like it’s my second home.

I highly recommend Fit Body Bootcamp. The trainers are motivating and they keep you moving throughout the workout. The workout is 45 minutes long and the exercises are planned out in advance to target different parts of the body each day. You never have to waste time deciding what you are going to do. Each exercise is demonstrated and the trainers help you with your form if needed. There are modifications you can do if a particular exercise is not good for you due to injury or other issue. There are occasional “challenges” that help motivate you to push yourself to reach your goals. I did the 6 week challenge and “won” because I lost the most weight (16 lbs.). I think if you know you are doing your best and reaching your goals then you’ve already won, but it’s still nice to be acknowledged. It’s a nice environment with friendly people but you are able to stay focused and get in, do your workout, and get out and on with your day. There is an app to schedule your classes which helps keep you accountable for showing up. Darren, the owner is always responsive and available to help you with any questions and also provides suggestions for dietary choices to help maintain your goals. Although it costs more than my previous gym membership, it is well worth the money when you are actually seeing amazing results.

This is by far the best gym ever. We are all a family here and support each other through our workouts. The coaches really care about us and spend time making sure we are working our hardest while doing the exercises correctly. They make it enjoyable to come to class and make sure we work hard while also having a good time. I love that the classes are small with personal attention to each member. I found Yorktown Fit Body Boot Camp late last fall and it's everything & more of what I was looking for. The classes are challenging and workouts change daily, focusing on different areas of the body. The coaches are friendly, always willing to give a helping hand, and help motivate when needed. Classes are available before or after work and are only 45 minutes! So no excuse that you don't have the time. Best of all, the community -- this is a friendly place to workout. I Love FBBC! A full HiiT style work out in 40-45 minutes. At first I was very intimated that at 48 yrs old I couldn't do it or keep up. I was so wrong.... during my free trial time I quickly learned that it was possible to do this simply because these instructors are awesome. They teach, encourage, push and cheer you on every step of the way! Even the other FBBCers are some of the most encouraging people I have ever encountered. There is never any judgement or feelings of incompetence from anyone at anytime in this establishment. Believe it or not I now look forward to starting my everyday with a class or two! Great boot camp HIIT classes, amazing and knowledgeable instructors! 40 minute intense classes which are challenging but not impossible - for any age group! I recommend Yorktown Fit Body Boot Camp to all Men & Women of different body types, age and strength levels. I walked into YFBBC wanting to be able to perform pullups, situps and pushups without assistance.  I am now able to perform all with more than anticipated (strong core, increased agility, healthier food choices, energy, chin ups, etc).  I lost 22lbs within a short period of time and increased my muscle mass.  YFBBC has GREAT Fitness Instructors! They are extremely knowledgeable and provide classes of QUALITY that produce results.  Come and try it out and speak to the other members of their experience. I have reached the goals I originally began with but I plan on remaining a member.  I will maintain this healthy lifestyle.  There is always room for improvement in all fitness goals and challenges, YFBBC is where I will continue for this purpose.  They offer different packages.  They also have children/teen programs.  If you are busy with the kids they can wait in the lounge area while you complete your 30 minute workout.  If you feel 30 minutes isn't enough join in on the next class.... if you are up for the challenge. I felt I had to finally share this experience, it has been long overdue.
