Michelle is a fantastic personal trainer! She really knows her stuff and it shows. That is to say, it shows in that she knows how to train and teach, and it is also reflected in her own appearance. She's extremely fit herself and practices what she preaches. She trains out of her own home gym complete with a squat rack / bench, a myriad of free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, a speed bag, and a heavy bag! She will also come to your home!

Michelle is awesome!!! I had wrist pain for many months and Michelle helped me strengthen my wrist through excercise. I have gotten stronger in the last few months. I've lost 4 lbs and have seen great results. She is very attentive and makes sure the excercises are done right without any injury. I found Michelle during Covid due to some weight gain so I knew I had to get myself to exercise. I was able to book my 2x week (and later 1x week) private sessions with her at the comfort of my own home. Fit really does happen with Michelle! After years of wishing I could lose weight, I was finally able to accomplish this with the help of Michelle. She has truly been a turning point in my fitness journey and I no longer find exercise and nutrition management intimidating or impossible.
