Colleens upbeat and fun attitude keeps me motivated and makes every workout enjoyable. Love this program!! It’s easy to follow. Each workout is different, and they are so much fun! You can participate live, or do the recorded videos around your own schedule. Coleen is so motivating, and holds you accountable with weekly check ins!! I highly recommend!!

I have known these ladies, Colleen, Cassy, and Amanda from a gym I joined about three years ago. They are the reason I showed up day after day, they're amazing instructors! Funny, supportive, the they will call you if you're not showing up kind, relatable, always bringing their best to each workout. Their energy is addicting and it comes through even remotely! I work out from home 5- 6 times a week and I get an amazing workout each and every time! I love it, it's never the same, they keep you on your toes. I am literally sore and out of breath after every workout! It is a daily whole body workout! And it's so convenient, I do my workouts around my schedule, never have to leave my house yet part of a group. It is the best thing out there for working moms. I work part time and homeschool my kids, so there is not much time left for anything else. Good for the body and the soul! And it is such a good example for my family to see; my commitment. And I have a strong body to show for it! Don't think about it, just do it!

Colleen has done an incredible job keeping me motivated over the past 9 months when I first started working out remotely with her!! Her workouts are never the same, are fun and the right kind of challenging at the same time!! I love that each day in the weekly schedule is a different fitness focus but that I get done feeling like I had a great whole body workout! I have tried other online workout programs but have never stuck with it as long as I have with Colleen because I love being able to hop on live to feel the real time connection. Her program is perfect for working moms as I can pull up a recording from her workout library whenever I cannot make it live. I started a 7-day trial back in September 2020. As a self-proclaimed "cardio junkie," who has struggled with weight loss my entire life, doing spin classes & running several times per week, I was hesitant to try the program. The program is 5-6 days of classes offered multiple times of day each week given live or by recording, mixed cardio and weight lifting, touching on every muscle group on a very focused and well-planned group of classes. I absolutely love the program! Every class is different and fun! Colleen and her crew bring so much energy and enthusiasm to each class. They also provide a personal touch to those who join the live classes. Colleen also provides personal nutrition guidance to those who need it and it's included in the program! She has been an incredible help to me, as I continue to learn what & how to eat properly. There is accountability for both workouts & nutrition for those who want/need it. I just finished my 5th month with the program and I am down a pants size and 8 lbs! Everything fits differently and I've never felt healthier or stronger. I plan to make this a life-long program!

Ten weeks ago I took a leap after following Colleen on Facebook for years. I was the person who always made an excuse why I wasn’t or couldn’t work out. Colleen changed my life and my thinking. Each workout is different. Each day is different. Who knew a trainer could motivate from your TV?!?! It is amazing how my body and mindset have changed working out just 5 times a week for 45 minutes and best of all from your own home. Not only does my body love Fit Homebodies but my mind does too! Thank you Colleen for showing up for us everyday.
