Let me start by saying this gym literally kept charging me from last year July and billed me hundreds. I called to get the membership pause/cancelled but my request wasn’t granted. Then they have their dept collectors/lawyers reaching out to me for their delinquency and claiming I broke my contract even though they failed to honor my wishes. I won’t be returning to this gym even though it’s the closest to me. If you can avoid this gym please do so at all time. And the debt Yall been reaching out to me about I have paid it in full. And I don’t want to have anything else to do with this gym.

Worst gym experience ever. Most people are using more than one piece of gym equipment. They will leave their items on the machine, and won’t let you use it if there on another machine. Fitness 19 staff does not enforce any etiquette of using space. There are to many young crowds that socialize and take photos of their workouts. When you want to workout and have limited time don’t go here

I had a very weird experience at this gym, and it seems like everyone's biggest gripe of the gym is the front desk, which was also mine. Went to the gym for a day pass, and the person behind the desk said that based on where I lived, they usually don't honor a day pass? I found that a little strange due to the fact that, did it matter where I was from as long as I gave you potential business? Very odd. Also, the 100-dollar enrollment fee is a bit of a turn off, so I didn't join.

BRITANY, the snarky, snappy, woman behind the counter, is totally unhelpful and rude. She is discriminatory towards our immigrant names and also misgendered my friend. She gave us a lot of trouble and didn’t believe that my friend’s name matched her gender. Not returning. Horrendous.

I had a really great experience at this gym until this woman behind the counter with dark hair had a MASSIVE attitude and meltdown because my daughter was using my account and she told the entire gym that we were stealing and made my daughter and her friends, who were just trying to workout, cry. Been coming here for quite awhile. The staff is fantastic, but the cleanliness of the gym and machines seem to be going downhill. Pre-COVID it was wonderful. After COVID, I noticed the windows and sills were dirty and/or dusty, however the machines were still well kept. Now, however some of the machines are downright disgusting with dirt, dust and grime build up. I heard from another member that John who use to clean them is no longer with them. I can only hope that they get someone soon to tend to this or I will have to find a new gym. Hoping it doesn’t come to that.

Using some of their HIIT / cardio /class rooms to gym members to have more space to workout during non class times would be a good idea.

this gym is a literal cesspool. there are so many kids on their phones, with their stupid tiktoks and their stupid instagrams, i hate it all ! they hog the machines and not to mention, there’s only one chest machine upstairs that usually has a line of people waiting for their turn because this stupid gym only has one of it. they play stupid music and i once found a mountain of poop in a urinal ! what is going on here ?! im going to la fitness instead, at least they seem to be more competent and have a cleaner bathroom with no poop mountains.

I'm editing my review because although the facility is very well kept, my overall experience has changed. Unfortunately, this place has turned into a daycare. Maybe schools should have a summer program for students who want to work out for free. And believe me, I think it's great that our youth is choosing to exercise over other things, but when you have groups of 4 or more hanging out at every piece of equipment, my productivity is stalled.

The gym is nice, local and parking is great. The lady employees are very sweet. I do have some issues though as I was purchased a 6 mth membership and I've been asking how much was paid as there is no price listing in the location only in a book for the staff. No one is able to look it up but the manager. I've been calling and he's not there. You call the young man i spoke with wasn't helpful and acts as if i was bothering him. Totally unprofessional. I got two different prices so to not have anything on file as to how much was paid seems absurd to me. The only one who has a way of looking it up is the manager who isnt there everyday. To avoid any confusion a price listing in the establishment would be wise as well as keeping track of members payments when paying a 6 month membership or any payment. Also, I must say the machines could use a nice cleaning. The stair master there are only 3 machines and some people will stay on there for an hr or more in the mornings and you won't have the opportunity to even get on smh. Maybe set a limit for those machines.

I just joined about 2 months ago and I really like this place. It's very clean and the folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Yoga class good. As always. room is too cold and actually unsafe to work our muscles. While it is the first class of the day, management, for years, refuse to up the temperature or wait to blast the a,/c until after the yoga program completes. Good gym. Not happy that they charged me to put my membership on hold because I was not comfortable working out there during this pandemic. When I finally cancelled they said I would only have another $5 charge and they charged me the $40 annual fee. Even worse I called 3 times to try to get the fee dropped and they couldn't connect me to the boss. The boss also never called me back when I left a message. The annual fee should have been postponed anyway for the time they were closed.

Was a member here for a while until something very disturbing happened. I saw a kid turn off one of the 9 TVs that had CNN on... which isn’t a big deal. 10 minutes later, the kid is working out and an employee comes downstairs and says “I’m gonna find who did this and do something bad”. He then got in the kids face (kid was like 17). Absurdly terrible staff. I will never work out here again.

Very good staff, they keep the gym very clean, a bit crowded in the mid AM hours, everyone seems to have good gym etiquette, which is a must when the place is crowed ..Men's locker room clean, showers all good..seems to have plenty of classes...I strength train, so no issues with space at all.. Olympic platform small but useful... bumper plates 2 -45lb 2-25lb bumpers (BUT NO 10LB BUMPERS) please get them they are a must..all in all a 5 star gym in my opinion..keep it up..
