I’ve never found the motivation to work out consistently, that’s why Fitness 4 U has helped a lot, as having a personal trainer to go over everything in and outside the gym really helps, especially when they cover a lot more stuff than the personal trainers found in other big name gyms.

I've been going to Fitness 4 You since October, and see Roy for personal training sessions. Each session is different, so it's never boring. In the four months I've been going, I have become stronger, sleep better, feel better, and definitely see and feel a shift in my body toward more muscle. He is also flexible when it comes to scheduling. Since I pre-pay for my sessions, when I cannot make one of my sessions (as life can sometimes get in the way) he is good about shifting the session to a future session, so I'm not penalized financially for it. I am fully satisfied with his training routine, which aren't routine at all!

I've been going to Roy for about 3 months now and can already see a transformation in my body. I had no real experience working out regularly before, but he makes it easy and motivating. Fitness 4 You is not a gym with a typical trainer, with their typical standard workout. Fitness 4 You provides one-on-one personalized programs for each client. Roy Franks (the owner & personal trainer) takes interest in all of his clients and provides programs specifically tailored for each of them.

I go 3X a week and look forward to my workouts. Roy sets up a different workout at each session to make it interesting. He provides strong encouragement and pushes me to do my best. I have seen a difference in my strength, weight and overall well-being.

I have Diabetes 2. Before I started going to Fitness 4 You, I struggled to keep my blood sugars down. Within 30 days of starting my workouts with Roy, my blood sugar has been regularly at the proper level. I had always heard that exercise is good for those with Diabetes, but I did not believe it until I started working with Roy.

I highly recommend Roy Franks and Fitness 4 You to help you increase your quality of life.

When I signed up with Roy I thought “I’ll do this for 6 months” and now 2 years later I’m still training with Roy. I look forward to my workouts
because Roy makes them so interesting. He’s
always adding new and challenging exercises

I trained with Roy at Fitness 4 You for about 6 months. I absolutely loved my training there. Roy’s techniques and training style had me feeling stronger than ever in rapid time. COVID was the reason I had stopped my training temporarily. Roy was excellent and did provide at home work out videos to help me continue my fitness routine but due to my home situation I was unable to complete those videos. I am currently 7 months pregnant and once I heal from delivery I fully intend on continuing my training with Roy to meet my fitness goals. I would recommend Roy at Fitness 4 You to anyone, male or female, of any age who wants to tone and strengthen.

I started coming here about 1.5-2 months ago and have already lost 14 pnds! The work outs are great and always a different routine. I love the switch up each time. They truly believe in each client’s success. I started with the 21 day challenge which helped me develop the right habits I needed for better eating and home workouts in between sessions. I signed up for personal training sessions with Roy on Tuesday, 7/2/19. My first day of training was on Wednesday, 7/3/19. I purchased a silver package for 2 trainings sessions a week at the rate of $445.00 a month. As a commitment to myself, I signed up for AUTOPAY on my credit card with payment due on the first of the month.

On Thursday, 8/8/19, I notified Roy that the monthly payment wasn’t showing on my credit card. He said it must have been a glitch in the system, and he thanked me for my honesty. It was the right and respectful thing to do. Too bad he doesn’t want to return that same level of respect to me.

I signed the contract understanding I could “terminate the relationship at any time and for any reason with no obligation due to the client” (myself) “beyond a freeze or transfer of any unused sessions.” From 7/2/19-10/28/19, I had 5 unused sessions: Monday, 9/30/19 (cancelled by Roy for his own personal reasons), Wednesday, 10/2/19, Wednesday, 10/9/19 (cancelled by Roy for his own personal reasons), Wednesday, 10/16/19, and Wednesday, 10/30/19. On Monday, 10/28/19, I advised Roy that I would be in Florida for 2 weeks in November and would only be able to attend possibly 3 classes for the month. I also advised that I would be back in Florida for 2 weeks in December and for personal reasons, I would not be coming at all in December. I requested the AUTOPAY to be suspended. He suggested (not demanded as he accused me of saying) that I continue my workouts in December and to get “a head start on the New Year.” I explained to him that wouldn’t make sense to me as I already had 5 unused days, and I would never be able to use these extra days.

I left my session on 10/28/19 very disappointed with his response. My next scheduled appointment was Monday 11/4/19. On Friday, 11/1/19, I texted him to say I would not be coming in for training for the month of November and December and to remove me from AUTOPAY. I was billed through AUTOPAY on 11/1/19 for $445.00. Roy stated that his credit card company requires 30 day notice to suspend AUTOPAY, which is NOT indicated in the contract.

Bottom line, don’t do AUTOPAY. I’m out the $445.00 for the month of November and $278.00 for the 5 unused days. I understand the no refund policy of the $278.00 for the unused lessons but to keep the $445.00 for November, I feel, is wrong. I will never return to Fitness 4 You or recommend this facility to anyone else.
