Rhonda is the best personal trainer I ever had. She is incredibly talented, supportive, friendly, funny and does magic with your body! At the end of the session, you realize that you worked your all body, that you just did things you never imagined you could do and still, the feeling is that you were just spending an hour with an amazing friend!
Only one down side... after exercising with Rhonda you can’t imagine exercising with anyone else!
She is the best!!!

Rhonda is a ball of sunshine, and it's hard not to like exercising when she is a part of it! She seamlessly transitioned to Zoom classes when the pandemic hit, and has been consistently engaging me and many other people through rigorous but fun exercise. I have back/ neck issues and as I started going to her class regularly, they have all but dissipated!

Rhonda is the most wonderful gift I have given to myself as an adult. I am a person who really hates to exercise. If it weren’t for Rhonda my only “aerobic” activity would be slow walks with my dog. Rhonda works with me and my body so that working out feels good but not painful. She is a great listener and is interested in what feels right for my body . She is also warm, compassionate and funny. We even can talk about lots of things during work outs which makes the time with her more enjoyable. Whether you want to train for a marathon or just want to take care of yourself, you will be happy with Rhonda. Rhonda tailors workouts to the individual. She pushes me and makes it fun & challenging. She’s also great to run any diet/nutrition questions by. Rhonda Markman is the best of both, a very knowledgeable and thoughtful nutritionist ( she sends out weekly recipes to her clients as well as any information she feels would be helpful to your situation) as well as a personal trainer. I have been working out with Rhonda both privately as well as attending her weekly classes for over 3 years. Not only is she a phenomenal trainer who somehow continues to make her classes interesting and different every week with new ways to exercise, she is also a wonderful human being. I do not like to exercise at all, but I've been taking Rhonda's group fitness classes for several years because Rhonda is an awesome trainer. She puts a lot of thought into each of her weekly classes, so the workouts vary a bit each week. This makes the workouts challenging and unpredictable.

Rhonda exercises along with the group while keeping an eye on everyone. When someone needs to be corrected so they get the optimum benefit from an exercise, Rhonda doesn't single the person out. She makes a gentle statement of reinstruction to the entire class where everyone performs at their own pace.

Rhonda knows her stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition and she's generous in sharing her knowledge during class and in her blog. She's fun, not intimidating and caring, not preachy. She is just what I look for in a trainer.

I have worked out with Rhonda for approximately 10 years in both group exercise classes and now weekly private training sessions.
