I trained with Jim for the better part of 2 years. I can definitively say: HE KNOWS HOW TO PUT MUSCLE ON YOU. He doesn't patronize you with easy workouts, he works you hard and encourages you to push your limits (while drilling you on technique so you don't get hurt) and MOST IMPORTANTLY he gives it to you straight regarding cardio and diet. If you want to be jacked and lean like him, Jim will take you there if you let him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been training with James for half a year, and the results have been incredible. James is super knowledgeable, professional, and also very passionate. I have to say every session is very challenging but also motivating. I have gained much strength thanks to his guidance. Last but not the least , I have to mention that he has the knowledge to keep you away from injury, which I value the most. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer.

James is an excellent trainer. His approach is strength training. We work the entire body each session, and I’m amazed how strong I’ve become and how my body has changed so fast. He motivates me to give 110% each session . I would recommend him hands down as a trainer.

I’ve been working out with James for over a year and the results have been amazing. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been (35 years old and deadlifting 365, when I started with James I could barely deadlift 135). James always makes sure that my form is perfect and I’ve never been injured even though we have progressed to heavier and heavier weights. I’ve lose weight, gained muscle and overall am a lot healthier than I was a year ago. Highly recommend!

When I first came to the facility on Saturday that just passed James the fitness trainer trained me different exercises. I look forward to coming back to train my body and be in the best shape in my life. The facility is very spacious and you get to have quite space to get trained.
