Flip-Flop Gymnastics provides a fun environment for kids aged 18 months to 18 years old to experience gymnastics and ninja. We offer weekly recreational classes, run a competitive program, and host birthday parties and summer camps. Founded in 1999 by Sue Caramore, Flip-Flop has taught over 7,000 students, and we are excited to welcome you and your child through our doors.
Located right by the Gabreski Airport in Westhampton, we are easily accessible from Quogue, East Quogue, Eastport, Hampton Bays, Speonk, Eastport, and Southampton. Our 6,000 square foot facility features a multitude of training equipment and a party room, and has ample parking.

Very nice atmosphere, the instructors are kind and friendly, and the groups are small. There is no problem with making up missed classes, which is really convenient. A great place for kids’ gymnastics!

We pop in to Gymnastics and Ninja classes for our 6yo girl and 8yo boy whenever we’re in town. The kids love it! Each time I’ve picked them up this week they want me to set up playdates with the kids there, or ask the coaches if they can babysit :)
The staff are great and readily adjust classes based on the skill level and dynamics of the camp group that day. They keep the camp fun, with the right amount of structure and free play.

This is a great fun and family orientated gym to send your kids to. Clean and very well run. The owners are super sweet and I love bringing my grandkids here. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Each Instructor has their heart and soul in each class and child. They want the kids to grow and are as excited for them as the kids get. My daughter has grown in every manner with the best instructors from flip flop. I highly recommend them for every age and every level.

I have been a part of the Flip Flop family for over 20 years now. I started as a coach there when it opened and now my own children attend classes. I have nothing but great things to say about the owner, staff and facility itself. Everyone goes above and beyond to make my children feel loved and comfortable every time they come in for class. My children have grown as little athletes and are also learning to build confidence, discipline and commitment. Flip flop is a wonderful establishment, and I cannot say enough good things about it!!!

Terrible experience. Was treated very poorly by the “owner” after returning with my 3 year old (previous customer). Was told that she needed to wear a mask during gymnastics but it was ok if it slipped under her nose/chin? When I expressed I didn’t want my child doing physical activities while masked I was scolded by the owner in front of other parents and basically kicked out. I am appalled that this facility would force small children to be masked while performing physical activities and the treatment I received was disgusting. Happily attending a different gymnastics location for my daughter.
