This is going to be a bit embarrassing but when I first started personal strength training with Melissa, I could barely do a modified push-up. Now I can do full push-ups — at least eight! My massage therapist even noticed how much stronger I’ve gotten, saying my quads feel rock solid now. Totally unprompted! I've also gone from doing squats with 30 lbs to 85 lbs in a few months. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and overall fitness since working with her. She’s also incredibly creative with her workouts so they’re never boring, and her contagious, positive energy always makes me look forward to our sessions.
Despite her busy schedule, she also makes time to check in on my diet and gives encouraging reminders (and sometimes reality checks!) to stay consistent with clean eating, which keeps me accountable.
Beyond the physical results, what I really love is how much she genuinely cares about her clients — not just physically, but mentally too. During tough moments in my life, she’s shared meditation and breathing tips that helped me calm down and refocus. She introduced me to yoga as well!
Melissa really goes above and beyond for her clients and truly brings heart, skill, and energy to everything she does. I can honestly say she’s made a huge difference in both my fitness and mindset. I highly recommend her if you want a trainer who lifts you up inside and out!

I’ve been coming to Form Fitness for a year now, and it never disappoints. From yoga to Melissa’s semi-private Dumbbell Shred, every class has been a great experience. Melissa is kind, attentive, and always offers modifications to fit different goals and body types. Teresa’s Flex & Flow Yogalates is another favorite—such a perfect mix of strength and mindfulness. I was looking for a place to take some fitness classes and booked the Dumbbell Shred class with Melissa at Form Fitness. It’s been a while since I’ve worked out, so I definitely struggled a bit, but I still had such a great experience. The class was small, and Melissa was an amazing instructor who met everyone at their level. I especially appreciated her patience and care when helping me with my form. I highly recommend her class and will be coming back for more!

I’ve been weightlifting for several years and have recently picked up yoga to challenge myself and meditate after a long day at the office. Melissa is an amazing instructor who makes everyone feel welcome and at home. Her practice is tough yet fun, finds ways for you to improve and pushes you to your own limits. I have been looking for a yoga class around the neighborhood for YEARS and found this studio last year it was god sent. They are all so friendly and welcoming you feel it as soon as you walk in. I’ve taken Melissa’s yoga classes and dumbbell classes and I’ve seen changes in my own strength (I have her voice in my head when I go to the gym and try weightlifting and I swear I never thought I would be able to push myself to the weights I’m doing now if I didn’t start with her dumbbell class) she’s so patient but will still push you so you can see your own potential, I HIGHLY recommend her classes. I’ve taken Teressa’s yogalates Saturday class and her voice is so calming the class is a 10/10. I usually don’t leave reviews but if this review pushes someone to check this place out I promise you will feel transformed.

I had such a great first time experience here! Theresa was a phenomenal yoga instructor. I love the intimate setting and personalized attention. I've been practicing for years now but it's always nice to feel like I can learn new things in class. She made class challenging yet fun. I appreciated all the focus on the breath and sound bowls during meditation at the end of class. I came out of class feeling like a million bucks. I can’t recommend Form Fitness enough! If you’re looking for real results, Yasha is the trainer to go to, just listen to him and show up consistently, and you’ll see the difference. I always leave the yoga classes feeling amazing. Melissa takes us through the perfect combination of stretching, flow, and strengthening. The group dumbbell classes will kick your butt too. I like the small size of the classes, it keeps it intimate and she will take the time to correct your form or push you harder. A very lovely private gym with amazing instructors. I took a yoga class with Melissa and she was phenomenal! I have had chronic back pain for 13 years and I can confidently say that doing Yoga with Melissa is the ultimate treatment. Found them through ClassPass. Went into it pretty nervous, since I don't really work out, much less do yoga on the regular.
Melissa is wonderful. Even though I struggled a bunch, she still made me feel comfortable and really pushed me. She also corrected my form and explained how to move safely, which was much appreciated.
8pm yoga class on a Tuesday ended up being only two students. They opened only about three months ago. Would love to support them again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

I start with Melissa's Yoga class and cannot imagine not having her class as a part of my routine at this point. It's a perfect combination of relaxing, functional, and intense. Melissa KNOWS her stuff! If you're not yet taking her class, you're missing out.
I proceed with a strength training session with Yakov. His catered approach has truly changed my overall health, well-being, and appearance. Yakov is very methodical and detail oriented. He is also very conscious not to induce any injury. He is always correcting form and constantly pushing and motivating me.
I have an extremely hectic lifestyle, and they both keep me healthy and strong enough to maintain it.

Amazing place. I've been getting personal training from Jacob who is truly a professional and knows what he is doing. He fixed my issue with chronic back pain with proper form and strengthening and helped me burn fat while building muscle. Yoga with Melissa has also been amazing; she helped me with balance, focus, strength and stretching. I had an issue with an old rotator cuff injury and she knew exactly which excersised to do to fix the issue. Both Jacob and Melissa are great, and I would give them 10 star rating if I could.

I took 2 yoga classes with Melissa and both were great! Form fitness is a new addition to the neighborhood with lots of machines and one of the only yoga studios nearby. I came for a free introductory yoga class with Melissa in the studio and a then a week later a fitness/nutrition consultation with Yakov in the gym. Both of them seemed really knowledgeable and personable. I haven’t gotten a massage yet but it’s good to know it’s on site.
