I went to this location to inquire about swimming lesson for my 5 year old autism child and they didn’t ask any question on his function just said no they do not accept any children with autism . This is a form of discrimination and it’s not right that my child can’t get the same opportunity as every other children .

This is a great swimming school especially for little kids who just start learning swimming. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The pool size, depth and temperature are all good for little kids. The teacher is very responsible and teaches in a structured way. My kid loves going to the swimming class every week and has made huge progress within less than a year.

Disrespectful owner

This is a very unpleasant experience there. I registered class for spring program in March. The owner text me the lesson starts since 4/19, which is a Wednesday. That is the day I chose in the first place. Then after a week, I chnage my class to Saturday. However, she didn't text me, or call me Saturday's class starts one week later than Wednesday's lesson. When I be there, she said ok, sorry, but it's not her fault. ??? not your fault? And she said because I didn't register in person? so? ?? She siad what she can offer me for the time I wasted on that beautiful Saturday, and with my disappointed children is: drop your class! You don't have to be here! she said normal parents would have canceled their class by now! Why I don't just cancel the class?! So that we don't have to see each other's face!
Ok, listen!!! I will cancel the lesson, it is not only because I'm not happy, the most important thing is the disrespectful words and attitude you treat people will mislead my children. They are watching and listening.
You are the owner, but you are in the front desk, you test them lesson, you are eveywhere in this school. How can I recommend other parents bring their children to your school with this kind of attitude and manners?
