It is our mission to put the FUN back into exercising! We offer individualized expert personal training at fair prices with no hidden fees. We are confident that our unique and friendly training style will keep you focused on your goals and looking forward to your next training session. We do not believe in the philosophy of "no pain no gain" and strive to offer all of our clients a safe and enjoyable fitness experience. All of our personal training programs are custom-written for you and mindfully designed to target your specific goals by our certified personal trainer with multiple advanced specialty certifications who has personally lost over 100 pounds. I have been working with Ken for about 2 months over at FUN in St. James. The sessions go by so quickly because he's very personable. The gym is clean and fully equipped to vary the exercises constantly. Ken's got a good system to adapt to each individual. After 25+ years of obesity, my health has been declining in my mid forties. In only a month, I was able to play a few rounds of tag with my 4 & 8 year olds... first time. My goal is to start decreasing those 3 pills I need to take daily. Ken's very good with nutrition, so that goal should be met sooner rather then later.

Love my workouts with Ken. Ken is an Amazing Trainer with a very positive attitude. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I needed motivation to reach my goal. I needed someone there to teach me why I should or shouldn’t do certain exercises and movements and most importantly I needed someone to make it seem like I wasn’t wasting my time. I got every one of those things with Fun Weightloss. They also helped me with a tennis elbow issue I had. I was working out muscles to help it that I would never in a million years think would help with the problem! Couldn’t be happier with my results!

Kenny is the all around guy for safe weight loss and training. He knows all the science and helps build the perfect program to help you. I have personally had the pleasure of being trained by Ken for over two months now and have lost nearly 18 pounds in that time. He is one of the most inspiring personal trainers I have ever met. I went into working out with Kenny with bad taste in my mouth from previous trainers that told me they had lost the weight and that their program wouldn't leave me unable to walk the next day. Well they did, but Kenny was the first trainer to actually show me that I don't need to be in pain to loose the weight. He always shows up on time and is always a quick text away when I have a question if a food is good for me or not. He makes working out fun by caring a conversation and inspiring you to do better. In these short months I have lost weight but grown as a person. Kenny is the best trainer I have ever met and I can't wait to train more with him.

Hands down the best personal trainer on Long Island I have ever had. I’ve never been this motivated to increase my training intensity and lose weight by taking care of my diet.
