Our philosophy is to teach gymnastics and fitness in a fun, safe environment and to foster a greater mind/body connection. We recognize that all children are individuals and learn at different speeds. Therefore, activities are personalized to give each boy and girl a chance to develop his or her greatest potential.

I pulled my child out of this school when I noticed I couldn’t really see what they were doing in the rooms. No stretching at all no real Olympic gymnastics training. Teenager coaches with no experience. If you are looking just for fun/babysitting this is a good choice but if you’re looking for your child to do real training starting from 2 years old like my child this is not it. A child has reach a certain level by a specific age to even make it to Olympic level they will just hold your child back as much as possible never advancing. Like I said it’s fine if you’re looking to just have fun

We love the teachers here. Also, there is a place to sit and wait for your child, unlike some other places. Our kids also enjoy the place, though the ninja class can probably be outgrown in a year or two.

My experience here was so special and the coaching I received was high-quality. The owner (Jamie) is so sweet and truly knows how to run a successful business and coach an outstanding team! Cannot say enough nice things about the place!!

not ready for prime time, and hard to believe it is sanctioned. Our school was invited to a "competition." It was very hap-hazard: they bumbled with several audio setups, none of which worked. Parents sit in an uncomfortable bleachers shoved up in the rafters. There were megaphone speakers as loud as an earthquake up there. Many kids did routines with no music, or snatches of music. It was unclear who was getting what score. The floor routines took way too long, so teams waited in line, even though they were rushed throught the other stations. There were a lot of kids in the lower groups doing higher level skills, so "Surprise!" to the visiting team they got 0 medals: what'd I expect?
