Mary is amazing! She is so inspirational, and I actually look forward to her live and online classes. I am 73 and have never enjoyed working out more. She tailors the workout for those in her classes and provides alternative exercises for those who need it. It is vitally important to incorporate these type of exercises into a healthy lifestyle, and Mary’s classes make it so accessible and fun!

Mary Clark is a professional and knowledgeable fitness instructor. Her expertise in the mechanics of exercise causes her to design effective and safe exercise programs, optimizing fitness goals while minimizing injury risk. Mary is my personal trainer and I see her twice a week. Each training session is tailored to my specific needs and she always ensures that I am using correct form and motion. She’s highly motivating and she creates variety in each session so there’s no chance of becoming bored or stagnant.
