The vibe, the instructers, the members… I love this place. Classes are so much fun. The instructors are so patient and down to earth. The people I’ve excersized with are so friendly and fun. I truly look forward to every class!

One of the worst and unprofessional experiences I've ever had. The owner asked for my phone number and email and then invited me to click on a link that hacked my phone. A year later, he is posting pictures he got off my social media that is altered that appears to be spells written over it. Very unprofessional, low down, deceptive and creepy. When asked WHY ..hoping may be a misunderstanding,, you get no answer and blocked...that in my opinion expresses guilt. Here i am as a black man trying to support a fellow black American business and he does this nonsense. I don't respect nor recommend the space mainly due to the untrustworthiness of the owners/ associates. I have the screen shot of the conversations we had on facebook. My friend Ross sent it to police. Facebook also verified that the link was corrupted you had me click on.

Classes are small enough that the coaches can focus on each person's abilities. They may offer a modification to one person and an extra challenge to the next. Linden and Devy know ME and always encourage me to give a little more than I think I have. The community is diverse and wonderful! Everyone supports everyone whole-heartedly. This place is truly different. My body has become stronger and more able to do the things my life requires. That is what I would expect from a gym. But what I didn't expect was the community-- the human connection. Getting It Daily is so much more than a gym.

I enjoy my time with the community that is GID. I always wanted community but with past inner wounds, it felt hard to get out and be "seen" purposefully. Finally just giving myself permission, I started doing 1 class, then another, than many came afterwards. I really have fun and learn more about myself. I learned to trust and push myself to go further than my perceived limits in my exercise journey, especially with having a heart murmur. The crew care about you and is there to help you with any part of your journey, exercise or beyond. They are not there to show you who they are, they are there to show you who you really are.

I came to Rochester for a work trip and used ClassPass to find workouts. Getting It Daily caught my eye for its Kettlebell class. My friend and I did the workout together and although it was intense, it was fun and Linden was an amazing and encouraging coach. The other members welcomed us and made us feel like we were part of the family.

I also stayed to do restorative yoga with Ashley and she is amazing as well. The fun part was that they have a toddler and he was doing yoga with us and giving hugs.

GID has helped me transform my body in a short time! I’ve only been going for 3 months… When I first walked in I’d never lifted a kettlebell or any weights before in my life. Since that time I’ve surprised myself with what I’ve been able to learn and achieve. I have been able to reach a few of my goals but I’m headed in the right direction to crush them all.
GID has a variety of amazing classes suited to fit my busy schedule… I chose to follow the valuable coaching provided and stick to the plan, so Ive seen major results!! Not knowing anyone I also chose to immerse myself in the culture and as a result I’ve gotten to know some really amazing people! The step aerobics class is a MUST but the vibe in every session is always light hearted and so much fun. I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in! This has been well worth every penny.

Best experience with a training gym I have had. They are very knowledgeable and helped me be more efficient with my goals. I cut my workout time in half and am getting better results than when I was working out 6 days a week. I don’t think I’ve ever been this strong. The community is also super fun!

First let me say I am very grateful to have found out about GID! I’d recommend anyone here of all ages! The vibes here are always supportive, welcoming, and inclusive for all. I’ve taken Devy’s Dance and Step; both are great workouts as I always leave drenched in sweat lol. It’s a communal and family feel for sure. nobody judges anyone which is always appreciated. If you’ve haven’t yet, try a class; you won’t regret it! I know I want to take more. Overall wellness of the mind body and spirit is evident here. I’m just super grateful to have found such an amazing community! Keep up the amazing work GID! I will continue to support 💚

I've been going to Getting It Daily for 3 month now & by far it has been a great experience. They are so welcoming it's definitely been a home away from home and a space of peace for me! They offer so many things currently I just attend yoga & dance class due to me being pregnant but I cannot wait for them to whip me back into shape after I deliver lol. I loved going to Getting it Daily, daily lol. The energy of the trainers kept me motivated. This is the most dedicated I have ever been to gym. The results were amazing from dojng 3-5 classes per week. I also bought along my 13 y/o son who enjoyed the classes as well and looked forward going to the gym. 😮, I was shocked, but thats what happens when you are surrounded by supporters. If I wasnt moving away I would still be a member. GO GET FIT, REACH YOUR GOALS & ENJOY THE JOURNEY!!!

Linden, Ashley and all of the GID team are phenomenal instructors whose expertise and quality instruction invokes healing and optimal health. I participate in yoga class, which is restorative and relaxing, while also building strength. I also participate in step class, which is sure to challenge you, while also adding a zest of spunk and fun to your workout routine. They offer a wide array of group sessions and I can’t wait to try them all! One of the best one on one locations and my trainor/coach Linden was very patient with me and made sure I reached my goals. Been here for over a year with his nutrition guidance and personal recommendations. I've learned a lot on proper form of lifting, stretching to help any type of pain he's well educated in all those areas. It became more like a family because they all care and the other staff are so helpful and friendly. When you join this gym they won't give up on you and that's what I needed to get back on track. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their weight loss goals to the next step.

Linden Dukes is a super passionate, dedicated, joyful and meticulous trainer. You will love him, you will hate him. Your aching thighs will curse his name. But if you want to not only lose weight, but reshape your body and have fun doing it, I'm not sure money could buy any better than this man. He takes a person-centered approach and doesn't leave anyone behind. Community is at the heart of everything he does. He understands trauma body, is/was a yoga instructor and advocates for mind-body-soul health.

As far as the bottom line results: I was eating like garbage while we trained together (despite the fact that he created meal plans for me and checked in regularly🥴) so I didn't lose many pounds and that's on me, but his curated workouts still somehow managed to reshape my body and everyone noticed!
