I love this gym. The people are nice and the instructors are amazing. It really is welcoming for everyone. In addition to the classes I have done training with the owner and Lisa and they are both great to work with and pushed me in the right direction. I wouldn't be in the physical shape I am without their help.

I love this place. I am a senior with degenerative arthritis, especially bad on the right lower side. Kathy's strength training/aerobics program and the yoga class enable me to get through each day with much less pain.
There is no other place around here where you get the personal training provided here.
