Coach Dee is simply amazing!
She takes time to create really detailed nutrition plans and goes over everything with you carefully. In workouts, she always listen to your needs first and adjusts the exercises based on how you are feeling that day, instead of just pushing for heavier weights - she genuinely tries her best to help you achieve the best results and avoiding injuries!
On top of that, she’s such a wonderful person—so passionate, genuinely caring, uplifting, and inspiring. I really enjoyed every of my training session with her!

I have been a client of Coach Dee for a few months now, and let me tell you I am so glad I signed up for an entire year!
I have some
health conditions that need to be taken into account when designing a fitness plan, and Coach Dee has done exactly that. We walked through where I am currently, what I can and cannot do, what equipment I have access to at my gym and at home, what my meal plans are like, what my schedule looked like, including upcoming travel etc. And then Coach designed a custom program that allowed me to work out at my convenience and with what's available to me.
She also put together a diet plan for me and macros to target in-order to hit my fitness goals. She conducts weekly reviews with me and holds me accountable to the plan but also adjusts if needed based on my circumstances. Am I traveling? Are management changes happening at my work? Etc.
Coach also helps me find alternatives to any exercises I have difficulty executing properly so I still work out and get the intended benefits.
For anyone looking for a great coach to make this year their healthiest ever, I highly recommend Coach Dee. Your future self will thank you!
