At GRIT fitness studio you will get personal attention to safely make progress towards a sustainable healthy body.
GRIT offers flexible membership packages allowing for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and one-hour sessions over a time frame that allows clients to work at the pace that fits them best!

I've been doing training at GRIT with Melissa to help with a back problem. She's been extraordinarily helpful. I'm seeing results for the first time having already tried message, chiropractic care, tai chi, acupressure, and traditional medical care.

Melissa is a great personal trainer. She custom designs a fitness routine based on your needs and goals. She works to maximize the time you spend with her to achieve the greatest benefit. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years but Melissa is the one who gets me to my goals. Her new studio is a great space for private training. Melissa rocks.

Melissa is a fantastic personal trainer. Her routines are varied, creative, and interesting, which makes the time fly so that working out doesn't feel like work. She is great at motivating me to fulfill my fitness goals. I have learned a lot of different exercises, as well as ways to isolate certain areas that I want to improve. She is easy to get along with and makes working out fun.

I’ve been working with Melissa Cherry for several years now and she’s been amazing. I feel like she works every muscle group in my body- mixing up routines and exercises so that it never gets old.
