The lady from the desk was very rude. I got there for my daughter’s first class. I tried to get information and I saw the desk lady on her phone paying zero attention to us. (My husband and I )While my daughter was at class.
A week later I called asking about subscriptions. They don’t have a nice way to talk with costumers. They hung up without saying anything. Disgusting…..place….. Don’t waste your money.

Wonderful. They are taking great precautions in these times. They clean the mats after every class. They provide the students with cleaning supplies to use during their classes. They also use the infrared scanner.

Our daughter was signed up for a weekly toddler class and in the beginning we had experienced coaches that were attentive and providing the children with guidance. As time went by (about a month later) the coaches began to change and you could notice the lack of experience and in ability to handle children. The last straw was when we had 15-16 year olds teaching the class with no control over the toddlers. When I called to cancel the class, the person on the other end did not even express any concern as to why I wanted to cancel. She just told me to email them and it would be a 30 days notice. I then took it upon myself to let her know that my daughter was being taught by kids, to which she said “I am the owner, they may be 15-16 but they train with us for 30 hours a week, you will not find any adult that would teach this class”. These kids may have the knowledge that is required to perform the steps within gymnastics but that doesn’t qualify them to be able to teach toddlers. At no point in the sign up process was I ever informed that my daughter would be taught by children let alone children with no head coach supervision.

It might be a bit too early to share my thoughts. However, New Image Gymnastics appears to be like a great path for serious gymnasts. The staff in general are friendly. The seating for spectators could be improved upon. AMEX is not accepted at this time.

There is always young kids running around or flipping alone by themselves with no coach or supervision. The classes have no structure. The coaches are inappropriate with each other and act very unprofessional. The front desk workers are very unfriendly and rude.

My daughter competes and has gone to several meets at this gym. They are well organized and most of the times the meets go very smoothly. The daughter had her states there the beginning of May. The only talk I heard around me is that they should have one special fee for the weekend. Some parents came daily to cheer other gymnasts from their team and they had to pay an entrance fee again. It became very expensive.
