I started with Shane 4 months ago and I'm so happy with the results in such a short period of time. I've never worked with a personal trainer before (I'm in my 60s) and I was a bit apprehensive at first, but Shane quickly put me at ease. He assessed my needs, talked to me about my fitness goals, and developed a plan to get me there. He pushes me when necessary and understands my concerns when I'm feeling like I'm not quite there yet. He is a great motivator and always adds a personal touch with a follow-up text or note of encouragement. Shane and the other trainers at Haus of Stiel are professional and make working out fun. I highly recommend them.

Covid times has been hard to deal with. I was not getting the workouts I needed at home and just didn’t have any excitement or energy after my surgery. Shane changed all that for me. What I cherish the most about his approach is that for some, it takes a little longer to gain momentum .
