I've been loving my time at Her Strength. It's been the first experience in a long time where I am able to show up consistently and am excited to work out. The coaches are fabulous and help you no matter what experience you have in the gym, and all of the women who go there are a delight. I love Her Strength and am so happy I found it here! The gym is also very clean, spacious, and has great equipment and amenities. Only good things to say here!!

When moving across the country, I was looking for a Strong First kettlebell gym to continue my training. Not only did I find that with Her Strength, but I got a great community of women supporting each other to be their best selves. This gym is a very positive space and I have gained a lot of strength, balance, and mobility from the workouts. There is always something new in the program, so I never found myself bored, and it keeps me engaged and motivated to tackle new challenges.

I can't say enough good things about Her Strength! I have had a hard time finding any exercise routine that I can stick with and enjoy, but I have found both in the small group classes here! The coaches are all attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. They prioritize your form/safety. The programs work for any ability level and I've grown so much stronger and have much better mobility than when I started about 5 months ago!
The vibes are great and the other women are all so supportive. I look forward to working out now for the first time since college because of Her Strength and the other members.
The facilities are clean and bright and the equipment is all in great shape.
I am so happy I found Her Strength and would recommend it to anyone!

I came to Her Strength a couple years ago as someone who never lifted weights before. The coaches put me at ease right away. Class size is small which means I get the attention I need if I have a question or need to modify something. I love the camaraderie amongst the women - we truly lift each other up! I never thought I would be lifting as heavy as I am now and I love it! I’ve experienced noticeable changes in my body - not something I was expecting in my 40s - and feel stronger than ever!

Her Strength is an incredible women’s gym. After several years away from working out and during a very difficult personal season, joining here has been a pivotal part of my healing process. I was initially just hoping to lose weight, but over time I’ve come to truly enjoy the workouts, the supportive environment, and the strength I’ve gained. This shift has even fueled other positive lifestyle changes for me, making health and fitness a sustainable part of my life. The trainers are kind, encouraging, and skilled at knowing when to challenge you and when to offer help. The small group workouts are the perfect size, with a positive and motivating dynamic. The programming is exceptional — thoughtful, well-structured, and built to deliver real progress week after week. I’ve seen more consistent results here than I ever have before. This is such a comfortable, empowering space that supports women of all ages and life stages. I’m so grateful to have found this gem!

I'm so grateful to have found Her Strength! I joined 9 months ago and love the small group coached workouts! I look forward to going to my workouts and appreciate all of the encouragement and instruction that is provided the by trainers. With just 2 workouts a week, I have become so much stronger! I can get up and down without knee pain, I am hitting the golf ball further, and I've lost 25 lbs!

I just wrapped up my second class and I feel great! Before joining Her Strength I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in over a year, and had never had a strength training routine. I was a little nervous heading into my first class, but the coach Kristen, and the other women there for class were so welcoming and friendly! Kristen did a great job coaching me through each movement, correcting my form when needed, and cheering me on. Its super corny, but I left both classes feeling like I was on top of the world. I have 4 more classes scheduled and look forward to more beyond that!

If you’re looking for a boutique gym that tailors your workouts to your fitness goals and focuses on each individual’s strength and all that they can become then this is the place for you! I have never felt comfortable at a co-ed gym and never had someone teach me all I need to know, even as an athlete! This place lifts women up and has become a community of friends and support that I would be lost without!

I have been attending Her Strength for just over three months, and I’m so grateful a former employer recommended it to me. It’s quickly become the highlight of my week! The environment is incredibly supportive—filled with like-minded women and awesome moms all working toward similar goals.
As someone who’s neurodivergent, I especially appreciate the care and attention the coaches give, particularly Mary. They take the time to ensure I'm using proper form and feel confident in every movement. When I started, I could barely hold a 5lb kettlebell—now I’m deadlifting over 145lbs!
Her Strength has become a safe, empowering space where I can make mistakes, learn, and grow. I wholeheartedly recommend it and feel truly lucky to be part of such a strong and welcoming community.

I have never been to Herstrength personally, but I have worked out with instructor Mary OHearn. She is amazing. She is kind and forgiving and will teach you the right way to do the different exercises. She is a great personal trainer. Can’t recommend her enough. Thanks, Mary!

I have just completed my first month at Her Strength. I like the all-women atmosphere. There is a lot of personal attention being given here. Not only do they address the needs of pregnant & postpartum women, I see the staff attentive to everyone. I have recently retired and am new to working out with weights. They understand the needs of the over-60 generation too. Their class schedule ranges from very early to late in the day and is surely convenient to working women, as well as those of us who are not in a typical 9-5 workforce.

I've spent years struggling to find a comfortable way/place to work out, and nothing ever felt right. This place though? Absolutely wonderful. Really clean, aesthetic, and feminine-focused. The instructors are fantastic because they will support you and advise you, but also give you space to take things at your own pace. They encourage you to push yourself but will always offer accommodation to any difficulties. The bathroom is super nice and clean, and everyone is great about cleaning off the equipment when they're done. My workouts feel great because they're my speed and have taken into account my physical weaknesses, but I still end up sore the next day because I got a great workout in. I'm so happy with this place and I already feel my improvement after a few weeks into the trial 😊😊

As a new client, I am in awe of the seamless manner the instructors handle all levels of fitness. I have a long way to go but I definitely feel like I took the correct first step walking into Her Strength. I cannot say enough good things about Nora, Kristen, Amanda, Mary and the rest of the staff at Her Strength. I started going to Her Strength last year when I was about 25 weeks pregnant and had recently suffered an intercostal muscle strain. Nora curated a program that aided in my recovery and helped prepare me for the birth of my second child. During a postpartum recovery class she held my 2 month old so he wouldn't fuss while she walked me through pelvic floor exercises and other movements that greatly assisted in my postpartum recovery (I no longer pee when I sneeze). The new programing that began in January has been excellent and allows for one-on-one coaching and customized workouts. In sum, Her Strength is a wonderful gym community. Highly Recommend.

Her Strength is more than a gym. It's a community of strong women and a place you'll actually look forward to working out. All of the trainers are welcoming and knowledgeable. They have created an environment where you are able to ask questions, try new things and continually grow. The studio offers all of the equipment you need, a sauna, and a variety of classes. Their strength program is amazing and you will see a difference in both your mental and physical health if you stick to it!
I drive 30 minutes each way to come here because there isn't a facility that compares!

I started with a trial at this gym hoping I would be able to pop over after work as it is close to my job. The inside is beautiful, very well organized, and inviting! The owner Nora is super knowledgeable, and was very helpful through the entire consultation and booking process. My work schedule ended up being tougher to manage than I expected and she was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me in any way possible! The other coaches I met were great and did not hesitate to help me any time I needed it in the gym. If you are looking for a all girls gym with a super positive environment this is the gym for you!

I cannot rate this studio highly enough. I took part in the in person mommy and me style postpartum class, followed by the virtual continuation of the program.
Nora was beyond accommodating, approachable, and knowledgeable. Her passion for helping women and especially new moms really stood out. The workouts really met me where I was at and were extremely targeted to postpartum. I hope to return again (as my now rambunctious 8 month old will allow!)

My wife is a member here. I am so impressed with the results she has had through her first pregnancy. She was fully prepared mentally and physically for the birth due to the help provided. Now she is 7 weeks PP, and with contiuned help, she is progressing along amazingly. To see the smile on her face after her workouts makes me so happy. Thank you all so much! I was looking for a place to workout that differed from a typical gym environment. I found this studio and decided to give it a try. Nora instantly knew where I needed to build my strength and focus. In two months, I literally went from being sedentary to working out three days a week and I love it! Great gym surrounded by positive women. The new program is a game changer. This studio goes above and beyond when taking care of the women they serve. We're incredibly fortunate to have such a knowledgeable woman's fitness studio in our area. The sense of community it brings is incredibly supportive and not at all intimidating like most anything fitness related for some. I highly recommend this studio to any woman in any stage of life. They are the leading expert when it comes to pre and postnatal and will keep you at your optimal health during that time and beyond!

I was super impressed with this class! I was visiting the area from California and stumbled upon this studio. This is a great option for pregnant women who want to practice safe strength and resistance training. The instructor was friendly and gave great instructions. She showed us exercises we can do at home. I felt like I was getting a workout and being safe in the process. This is one thing I've struggled with during pregnancy is what strength training is available. It seems there are only yoga classes and you'd have to make modifications in any other course. I only wish there was a class closer to home - I'd go all the time if so. Thank you Pregna-Fit!
