Here and Now Yoga, Wellness & Arts Collective, LLC, located in Floral Park, NY. Established in 2023 by Michelle Cavanagh and Dina Denis-Paolucci, our collective traces its roots back to the original Here and Now Yoga, founded by Michelle in 2010. United by a shared vision, we are committed to expanding the reach of yoga by providing a welcoming space for our community to gather, practice, learn, and grow together.

I loved coming to this studio. I had a great class with instructor Rueben. We did glutes and core this was the best burn I’ve felt in a while and he was so supportive with everyone going at their own pace. Would highly recommend coming here!

Here and Now Yoga in Floral Park, NY, has been an absolute gift to my life. After my first class, I felt a sense of peace and positivity. The studio radiates warmth, and it’s clear that Michelle C. and Dina, the owners, have poured their hearts into creating such a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

The instructors are truly incredible. Micheline, Soo, Dina, Michelle C., and Theresa D. bring so much energy, knowledge, and compassion to every class. They make everyone feel seen and supported, no matter their level of experience. I never feel intimidated here; instead, I feel motivated and encouraged to challenge myself while honoring my body.

One of the things I love most about this studio is the variety of classes they offer. Whether you’re looking for a calming restorative yoga session (this class was great for my mental health) or a more invigorating flow, there’s something for everyone. The environment is inclusive, and the instructors always provide modifications to ensure every participant feels comfortable and capable.

The community at Here and Now Yoga is something special. The positive vibes are contagious, and the connections I’ve made here have been so uplifting. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and inspired.

If you’re looking for a yoga studio where you’ll feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for, I can’t recommend Here and Now Yoga enough. It’s more than a place to practice yoga; it’s a space where you can truly grow and thrive. Thank you to Michelle C., Dina, and the entire team for creating such a wonderful oasis!

I got to the studio 630p on a Thursday night (opening hours posted 615-830 and class starting at 730). It was rainy too so I was extra disappointed to find the studio closed. I waited until 7p but still no one arrived. No notice on the website or Instagram about the closure. The number posted on the website gives a number not in service message.

After having knee and shoulder replacements over the past year and pretty much being inactive, my body/core was inflexible and very weak; probably the weakest and most sedentary I have ever been. So I decided to try yoga in the hopes of gaining flexibility and strength in my muscles, so that I can begin being active playing sports again without fear of pulling a muscle or reinjuring myself.

I just want to say that I am so happy that I started this journey into yoga, and found The Here and Now studio and more importantly their instructors. I have only been there a few weeks but I am so impressed with the classes and more so with the instructors. They are all so caring, patient and kind; the participants are also very nice. It is an atmosphere of calm and camaraderie, to all practice yoga to better ourselves. I am sincerely thankful to you all. Both Michelle and Dina (owners & instructors) should be commended for putting together such a wonderful place to practice.

I already feel the impact in my body, which has been dormant for a year! I started with restorative yoga which made an immediate impact on me gaining flexibility. I try to go to various gentle classes which suit my level as a beginner. The instructors are so caring and careful with me to ensure that I can get good stretches and not injure my knee and shoulder. I can’t wait until I am more practiced and reach a better state of fitness and strength, so that I can take some of their more challenging yoga classes and further my journey to regain some fitness, flexibility and strength.....and gain some peace of mind.

I've had the pleasure of practicing under Dina's guidance through virtual yoga classes for the last four years. Dina brings a rare combination of patience, kindness and deep knowledge to every session. Dina is intentional about offering modifications, adjustments and tips to ensure every practice is accessible, but also fun, beneficial and challenging. She takes time to get to know her students, connecting with where they are both mentally and physically. Each time I practice with Dina, I feel more centered and grounded. I highly recommend practicing with Dina for anyone looking to build upon their yoga journey.

Michelle is the best. Truly the best. She is so good at her craft, and completely trustworthy, helpful, and empathetic. I began taking online Yoga classes with Michelle last month when the stay at home order went into effect. I have been practicing yoga on and off for about 15 years and I was curious as to whether or not an online class could still give me the same benefits, but with Michelle it does. Her personality shines through the screen. She is able to modify and give pointers even though the class is a virtual one. I am so happy I purchased a package because of the mental clarity it brings to my day between trying to work from home and home school 3 children.
