Hiit the gym is filled with great energy,good vibes and a Hella strength training experience. Coach Kwangsoo and Coach Anthoney are the dopest coaches ever. I have been going to this gym since September 2023. This place is amazing. All the coaches are kind and supportive. I had just found out I was pregnant when i joined, and they helped me modify as needed. My husband also joined, and he has enjoyed it so much as well.

Ive taken many fitness classes and been part of many gyms over the years, and HIIT the Gym is definitely my favorite. The classes are very effective in only 35 minutes. The exercises always change, and I’m always sore haha. All of the instructors are kind, motivating, and supportive. Another bonus is the gym is very clean and I’ve met a lot of nice people here. Great decision joining here! Thanks coach Kwong.

I love going to Massapequa Fit body boot camp. The coaches are amazing and the exercises change every day which makes you look forward to exercising which was never my thing. They create a family atmosphere and take the time to get to know their clients personally. I’ve met some amazing new friends also since I joined last year and I highly recommend giving them a try!

Best Boot Camp on Long Island! Actually, it's my favorite gym I've ever been a member of, and I've been a member in many different gyms! Here's why it's great:
Efficient: It's a 35 minute workout (45 on weekends) that is high intensity! You really get a great workout in every time, and you still have time to go to work and take care of things at home!
Coach Kwang: Is the best coach! He is fun, energetic, motivating and encouraging. He always has great modifications to make it easier or harder, depending on what you need. He also fosters a warm and supportive environment in the classes.
Well-thought out Classes: You don't need to plan anything. The exercises are already designed for you and they thoroughly cover all muscle groups over the week.
Form/Guidance: The coaches are watching and correcting your form as you exercise to make sure you don't injure yourself by doing an exercise incorrectly.
Varied exercises: You move around to 8 different stations: Free weights, body bars, stepper, ropes, slam balls, trx, kettle bells, medicine. So, if you don't like one exercise, just a wait a few minutes, you'll move to the next! I really like the variety.
Varied format: The exercise time/rest time, plus the rotation schedule varies and this helps keep your body and mind in top form.
Convenient times: this is one of the few gyms that has classes early enough that I can get to the gym before work. There are also late morning and afternoon classes as well.

Massapequa FitBody Boot Camp is the best gym I’ve joined before. The classes are 35-45 minutes and the variety of times makes it so accommodating to everyone’s schedule. Every class is always different so it never turns into something that feels repetitive. Coach Kwang the owner is so helpful and takes his time to learn each person individually and will push each client to their own specific needs. If you’re thinking about joining. Do It!

Coach Kwang is one of the best coaches around! He is dedicated to making your workout experience one of a kind. When you walk in you are greeted by the friendly coaches that make you feel welcomed. 30 minutes fly when you are having fun. Once you go to FBBC you'll always want to go back. Fitness is something very dynamic to each individual. It’s not too often you’re able to find somewhere that isn’t cookie cutter and instead adapts to all ages, levels and body types. As someone who never considered herself athletic I’m almost at 800 sessions. That alone speaks volumes. The class schedule is very accommodating and you are known by name there. The coaches are top notch and the equipment is always readily available, safe and clean. The workouts are always different and challenging in a good way. Massapequa fit body boot camp is all around amazing and the best way to keep your mind, body and spirit in its best shape.

I have to say, I've never been a gym person. I always found it extremely boring and would lose interest quickly. Since I've joined Massapequa Fit Body Boot Camp, I'm actually excited to get my workout in. I feel stronger after every session. After only 30 minutes i feel like I have done an hours work! The coaches are very accommodating and encouraging. I highly recommend it 💪

Coach Kwang is the best! Worried about not being able to do it? Don’t! Kwang makes sure you’re safe and able to do whatever it is you’re doing. There are modifications for anything you may think is stopping you. I’m more fit now than I’ve been in the last 20 years. It’s fun and productive. 30-45 minutes a visit does the trick! If you don’t come, you’re missing out. Kwang helped me lose 100 pounds. ❤️ All of the coaching staff is great. Come see for yourself!

I have been a member for 4 months to the Massapequa club. I was out sick for few weeks and the away coach K keep track on how I was doing make me feel awesome. He keeps checking on me every week to see how I was doing that alone make me come back when I was thinking to give up. He keeps me motivated and wanting to go back on track as soon as possible. My first day back was today the welcome hug and the smile from my coach make my day. I give the gym 10 out of 5😃😃❤️❤️

I Initially signed up for the 21-Day Challenge because a friend convinced me to join her. Let me just say it’s been one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in a very long time! The coaches are WORLD CLASS (and I’ve worked with many trainers and coaches before). They are SOOO MOTIVATING and provide you with personal attention if you need any modifications while performing the daily routine. The team at Massapequa helps me start my day off right and I feel soo amazing after each workout. They not only provide fabulous workout routines, but more importantly the trainers and clients feel like family. I am soo grateful I joint the Massapequa Team rather than other Boot Camps that are closer to my home. Definitely worth giving it a try!!!

I am grateful and thankful that I’ve joined MFBBC even tho I live in Lindenhurst and there is one right in town I choose to go to Massapequa 😊. They opened up earlier this year and then the pandemic happened BUTTTTT that did not stop the amazing coaches to provide us with our daily workouts!! They even lent us their equipment for the ones that had none!
