I thought I would hate working out. As it turns out it's something I should have done years ago and i am really enjoying it. Dina is an awesome trainer with the patience for people who may not be gym savvy like me. Little did I know that the personal training experience is something to be valued. It takes the old boring treadmill exercising and turns it into something way better and more exciting. The sessions seem to go so fast which is great! It means I'm not bored waiting to be done with excercise.

Dina is an excellent personal trainer who really knows how to tailor each workout to the specific clients goals. She is not only concerned about performance, but also safety which was a huge plus for me as I was new to lifting weights and one of my goals was to learn how to do it correctly. I quickly found myself exceeding my own expectations and becoming stronger week after week. No two workouts are the exact same. Additionally, Dina has always made herself available for any questions I had along the way whether that is in regards to meal plans, or exercise in general!

I’ve been to multiple personal trainers in the past, and Dina is by far one of, if not the best trainer i’ve been able to work with. She helped me correct small errors in my deadlift and squat forms, and made me feel like I could genuinely improve. Highly recommend working with her regardless of your skill level.
