I love the classes at the Himalayan Institute. It's not only the content - but the teachers, the space - basically, the vibe. Whenever I attend a class, I leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. HI Buffalo is where I go for quality yoga classes and a great community of practitioners.

I am loving the Yoga and facial maneuvers class. I'm noticing significant improvement in the tension I usually carry in my shoulders and neck and am feeling very relaxed during and after class. It's sneakily effective at reducing stress and tension.

Needing a little break from all the crazy chaos of people, places and things?? Himalayan Institute has an array of amazing classes; courses and workshops taught by some of the leading industry experts - one class at a time- I’m learning to relax ~ stay flexible and find my ZeN ~ this is a TRUE hidden gem. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE 💗 this place!!

On 3 separate encounters with this institute, especially by the tall thin lady, I was treated like a lowlife. Completely unwelcomed and verbally berated in front of entire class. Elite, snobby, hypocrites very much like Hamburg Bikram yoga studio and Evolation studio buffalo. Very nice people.

I love this place! It's a great local yoga studio in an adorable building, and they have a great variety of classes to choose from. Perfect whether you're new to yoga, have been doing it awhile, or have any restrictions due to things like surgery. The people are all super nice too, and they have a cute little shop to check out. Highly recommend!
