HoopsStrength provides the best in basketball specific skills and performance training. For the last decade, thousands of our clients have benefitted from our personalized training. Not only do we focus on our clients becoming more skilled, we also help them gain confidence by showing them how to be stronger, faster and more explosive on the court.
With the opening of our Henrietta skills and performance facility in 2020, HoopsStrength will continue our personal and small group training. We will also be adding larger group training, self-training technology and the ability for teams to rent out court time. Our two full courts and large fitness area will be a welcome addition to the strong basketball community in our region.

My 13 year old son picked up a basketball for the first time 12 month ago, made his middle school team and scored his first points last night. His quick progression was due to his commitment and his training with Coaches Steve, James and of course Coach Matt. The hard work and fitness mentality combined with regimented skills training is just such a great combination. It also helps to have coaches who care about the emotional development of these kids. You can demand hard work and effort while providing emotional encouragement. These folks do it right.

Our daughter is 8 and has been attending sessions at HoopsStrength for about a year and a half. It has been everything and more in terms of introducing her to the game of basketball. The coaches, atmosphere, and structure is excellent and geared toward the specific age groups being coaches. Coach Matt and his staff do an excellent job of teaching and making the game fun for kids. We are lucky to have a place like HoopsStrength in our area, and my only complain is that it wasn't around when I was a kid! Would 100% Recommend to parents looking for a place to introduce their kids to the game of Basketball.

Had the honor of having Matt Jones as my head coach. Finally my son was old enough to send him to a 3 day camp. I sat for the entire camp and watched. James and Steve where amazing. The coach to kid ratio is better than any previous camp I have sent him too. Will return after watching the coaching.

HoopsStregnth overcharges for children basketball games. They charge significantly more than other locations. ALSO, they do not offer a family rate. We spend a fortune to watch our children play, especially when they play multiple days of the week at the location. The spectator area is relatively small, considering the number of courts available.

Liked it!! Small gym 2 full courts, BUT h
They have the equipment to improve anyone's game!!! Booths to video your handling skills, machines that kick the ball out to you on jump shots made. Now it's a lil pricey that's my only draw back.
