I've been coming to this studio for a decade and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the studio and the instructors. The hot room may require some adjusting but once you find your pace and practice style it becomes a space that calls you back in time and time again. This space will be kind to you when you haven't been kind to yourself, it will revitalize you when you're stripped down to nothing and it will lift you when you feel like you're drowning. It's clean, the schedule has plenty of classes throughout the day, and you don't have to know a single thing about yoga. It's accommodating to the newest of practitioners who don't even own a yoga mat and to those who have years of experience under their belts. A very warm thank you to Tomoko, the owner, for keeping this space beautiful and inviting, always. She's a true gem to this community. If you're reading this, come by and visit this lovely place and see for yourself!

I took the trial period the class was good but I was concerned about the health safety there was this older guy who sweat excessively and was dripping all over the floor including the waiting area after the class , he Sat there with paddle of sweat underneath him and I have to tip toe to get through.
Then he started wiping it offf with his dirty towel I was disgusted and didn’t want to go back.

Love this studio! Very clean, all the instructors are helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Everyone is there to help themselves feel better and its so refreshing to be in a fitness/wellness environment that is not superficial or filled with people constantly posting on social media while working out.

I do wish that some people would have a little kindness for their fellow classmates. If you have a heavy cough or cold maybe stay home until your a little better. If you must come in then wear a mask or at least cover your mouth and nose when sneezing and/or coughing. We are all in a hot room together- wide, hard sneezes and coughs all throughout the class is gross and inconsiderate.

What an incredible studio! I took my first class today and was so wonderfully impressed: the COVID-19 protocols in place allowed me to feel safe; the studio was clean and spacious; and the class flowed beautifully and really challenged me. I left feeling warm, grounded, and connected to my body. Thank you HotYoga4You Rego Park! I'll be back :)

I never thought I would try hot yoga but I took a chance, went, and loved it! The staff made me feel welcome right away. There is a great first-time client deal ($25 for 15 unlimited days), a wide variety of hot yoga class options, and instructors that are thoughtful and dedicated.

This is a fantastic studio with a charming staff. It is well kept and a pleasure to practice in. Hot yoga is extremely physically and mentally demanding, so be prepared to work hard and sweat. When it's all said and done, you will feel great but don't forget to smile when you're in it, it really does help!

HotYoga4You Rego Park is like my second home, with its staff as my 2nd family. I love both the 60 and 90 minute classes, the compliment each other beautifully! I would (and do) recommend making this your yoga studio home!

I took my first class at HotYoga4You Rego Park a few months after I had joined two gyms (a standard gym, the other a kickboxing one). I noticed that my knees were acting up (thanks to my workout regimen and age) and decided that I needed to balance out my exercise.

A year and a half later, I'm still sweating it out at Rego Park and my knees couldn't be more grateful! It's also helpful for my state-of-mind (as a high school teacher, I hold onto a lot of stress). I'm now doing poses that I used to avoid those first few months--and even if I have a "bad" class, I still walk (ok, crawl) away feeling better.

For newbies: All of the teachers are great, each with a distinct personality and style (try them all out to see which style suits you). They have 60 and 90-min classes and a nice intro special for beginners). You learn a lot about yoga, your body, and your mind. Also, read the website beforehand, so you're ready for your first class. Give it a shot!

Hi my name is Willie and I would like to share with you just a few things that hot yoga has done for me. After three years of doing this yoga I and increased my range of flexibility and have not even got a cold in three years. I am an endurance junkie meaning I do Ironman Tri, ultra marathons, long distance cycling and swimming year round. This has allowed me continue to do these events with less training mileage which is les pounding on the body. I and 53 years young and able to do things that I did when I was in my twenties ( 50+ is the new 20+) LOL. I will continue to do this until I die. This my new fountain of youth.
Thanks regal park hotyoga4you

I have no point of reference, since this is the only yoga studio I've ever practiced at, but this place is fantastic. I always feel well-treated here; instructors make an effort to know the students, classes are usually no more than 35 students or so, and the folks who work here are very friendly.

The instructors are all competent, but I suppose everyone will have teachers they prefer. Tomoko, the manager of the studio, is terrific. Very helpful (when I had an issue with my account, she quickly rectified the situation) and probably my favorite instructor, though really everyone here is very good.

The changing space is pretty small --- one communal area for folks to unpack, and about 4 dressing rooms to change clothes. Not really a big deal; just something to be prepared for.

The 60 minute classes are NOT "easier" than the 90 minute classes, at least just beacuse they're shorter. You'll be moving a lot more during the 60-min, and it almost feels like a different workout altogether. I enjoy mixing it up a bit.

Definitely worth checking out if you're into Hot Yoga and in the neighborhood.

After recently moving to the big city I was so happy to become a part of the incredible studio, HotYoga4You. The instructors are so welcoming to every person that walks through the door, and on top of that they are knowledgable, caring, and invested in their practice. I have been to many hot yoga studios in New York, Florida, and Phiadelphia and nothing compares to HotYoga4You!

Before I stepped into this studio, the idea of hot yoga was a bit intimidating to me. Finally, I took my first class a couple of weeks ago, and I think I'm pretty much hooked. The instructors and staff are warm and encouraging, and even though I consider myself a beginner, I felt that my presence there was no less significant than other attendees who have been practicing for years.
A great studio with a comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. If you're in the area and share the same curiosity about hot yoga that I did, push past your worries and give this place a shot.

Whether a a beginner or brand new to yoga HotYoga4You in Rego Park is an amazing place to practice.

Tomoko and her line up of amazing instructors take the time to know each one of their students and their progress. They challenge you where they think you're not pushing yourself and give you room to back off when you've become overwhelmed, always encouraging you to push to your maximum potential.

This is a great place to grow your practice, join a community, and just feel good with no ego and no judgement. Highly recommended.

I've been practicing Hot Yoga for many years on and off, and can truly say that when I'm consistently going to class, I'm a healthier and happier person. And I believe that the reason I have been practicing so frequently within the past year is because I found the awesome Hot Yoga of Rego Park studio. The location is great (close to public transit and driving distance from the city and western Long Island), the fellow yogis are friendly, and the teachers are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I just recently moved to a new area in Queens where there are other Hot Yoga studios closer to my apartment, but I'd rather travel a bit further to come to HotYoga4You in Rego Park!! Happy 5 year anniversary to the studio, and wishing it many, many more to come.

I cannot say enough about how much I love and appreciate HotYoga4You. When my fiance and I discovered this wonderful place we were looking to enhance our lives with yoga. We did not know what to expect. We did not know anything about most forms of yoga and even less about hot yoga. We dove in. I am so happy we did. I am so happy to be a member of this facility.

HotYoga4You gives me the best workout. It never ceases to be challenging. As I improve in each posture I only challenge myself more. I don't think it will ever become easy and this is one of the things I love most about this yoga. I get an aerobic exercise as well as strength training.

But the best part of this possibly is the meditation that I receive in my practice. I leave classes with such a sense of peace and tranquility and ever grateful for that as well.

I am looking forward to taking on my first 30-day challenge soon!

I enjoy the HotYoga4You and the 60 minutes yoga practice. The studio offers a welcoming and friendly environment without any expectations about the practice and/or pressure to be part of the family. One just comes to be the best that one can be that day. The instruction is high quality yet there are instructors that I like better. The studio is small and could use another shower but one can manage. Still, the yoga room is the best that I have tried in the city. About me, I am a middle aged disabled veteran who needs to heal in all levels. This place has been part of the solution. I am not a regular but I always come back because I love the mental and physical flexibility and ease at the end of each practice. In short, if you are looking for a challenging but doable physical exercise program to strengthen your soul, mind, heart and body, join us. This is the right place with the right people. You won't regret it.

Been doing hot yoga for a year or so now. The teachers here are very competent & compassionate. The studio is clean & cheery. The yoga in the hot room is very demanding. It satisfies me physically, mentally & emotionally. During the classes I feel very challenged, but afterwards I feel... well satisfied. It's for all levels; beginners on up. I would recommend Rego Park to anyone, and have. Give it more than a try & you'll get a lot out of it.

I started practicing at the Rego Park Studio three years ago. I hold a certification in weight training and beginners Pilates Mat. I also suffer from 3 herniated discs in my cervical spine and four in my lumbar/sacrum. I was in pain constantly. This practice is a miracle! I could barely raise my legs an inch above the floor in full locust, and now they rise way higher than my hips! I could not touch my toes in the final floor stretch. I can now grab them with a straight back and get my heels up! I can stand on one leg and balance! All of these amazing accomplishments are due to my dedicated practice along with the even more dedicated teachers at Rego Park. My posture is better, my back doesn't hurt as much and I feel great. My mind and body have come together as one healthy cohesive unit. I recommend this yoga for any level. It's yoga practice, not yoga perfect. In 10 years I will still be practicing. It's MY way of life. Thank you REGO PARK!! I love you all

I have had nothing but great experiences at this yoga studio. Everyone is awesome from the teachers, staff, and different students. Even though I am not a regular in class I know that when I finally do return I will be greeted by the smiling faces of all that work here. The teachers and great and motivating on days when I need the extra encouragement. I only hope to start fitting a few classes a week back into my schedule because I honestly miss the clam it brings to my life when I am practicing a few times a week and the way it helps tone and dextox my body.

All teachers are great - I learn from each one of them, each time. I especially take David's counsel to heart (since I still tense up without being aware): relax into your breath in every pose. Breathe. First and foremost. The benefits are great but you need to commit. Coming regularly will strengthen your mind and your body.

Its been 4 years since I first came to this studio, and although each day is different, I am always amazed how it helps me in mind and body. And I was a mess when I first came, both weight wise and otherwise. The yoga eliminated my chronic asthma, helped me lose a lot of weight (30+lbs) and healed my knee, lower back and and some pulled muscles in my abdomen. However, the best benefits to me, by far, are the mental benefits. I am a far calmer person, and I think am easier to be around than before. As far as the studio itself, it is kept very clean, and the instructors are top-notch, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient. My fellow students also are a big reason to practice yoga here, they are among the warmest, kindest group of people I know. Overall, HotYoga4You has been a positive force for good in my life, and I frequently recommend it to my family and friends because I want them to experience the same feelings of well being, health and center-ness that practicing hot yoga here has given me.

Contrary to many yoga attendees- I had no real physical injuries or ailments to address at Hot Yoga. My only issue was a lack of flexibility. As an avid runner/cyclist, my hamstrings and lower back had very little flexibility (a prescription for possible injury). My wife had lower back issues and was attending Hot Yoga for therapeutic purposes. She asked if I'd like to join her at Hot Yoga- I hesitantly agreed. The first week was very difficult- between getting use to the poses, the heat, the sweating- I thought it wasn't for me. After the second week, I was pleasantly surprised I could easily bend down and effortlessly touch my toes! That was it! After 2 years of Hot Yoga, I can't help but smile when I easily perform simple everyday tasks like balancing on one foot to put my socks and shoes on or performing the awkward pose to get stuff from a lower shelf. As a more senior attendee (age-wise not years practicing) I can say this routine has turned back the cruel hands of time.
Between the friendly, no pressure instructors and the comradery of fellow yoga students, attending Hot Yoga classes is a welcome addition to my wellness routines!

I love everything about this hot yoga class. I've tried different gym and exercise, even the power plate. I finally found what's really works for me and had changed me psychically and mentally from this hot yoga.
I started 2012 Jan. It was my New Year resolution to get healthy and get back in shape. It was my smartest decision I ever made aside from marrying my husband.
I truly see the result after a month, I gain more energy. After 8 months, I see my waistline again and less stress. When I stopped going for few months, I noticed my body quickly went back with belly fats and low energy and even got moody.
Now, hot yoga is part of my lifestyle and it balance me from being a mom of 2 kids and working full time in the high level of stress -fashion industry and a part time job. I love the 60 minutes vs. 90 minutes class. The 60 minute class is spontaneous and focus, I get the same results and fit my crazy schedule much better. Your Health is Your Wealth.

Thank you to all my hot yoga instructors.

I've been practicing here for a little over 4 years now and I have grown to love the yoga, the instructors, and the friendly atmosphere. After several knee surgeries, I thought my days of being physically active were over until I found this hot yoga studio. With time and patience, I've been able to make huge strides and make my body create postures I never thought my knees would allow! A recent added bonus: after being on cholesterol meds since my 20s, I no longer need to take anything!

I'm a new Bikram Yoga Student...

I started practicing at this studio in the Spring and the staff/owners/volunteers are helpful, friendly and supportive. The studio is kept very clean and is airy. It never stinks or smells stale.

I do dislike the somtimes overcrowded (I like my space) classes, and that there is only one shower... but the proximity of the venue to my home as well as everyone's positive energy helps to make up for it's shortcomings.
