I was fortunate enough to be a member of HPLT/Body Blueprint before moving and I can’t say enough good things! The energy, the staff, and the gym itself are all top notch.. you truly get the most out of every workout. Whether it’s personal training, group classes, or following a program from your coach, you will not be disappointed and you’ll see incredible progress in your fitness. The facility is also unlike any other gym I’ve been to … spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need! One of a kind gym and environment!

The trainers (shout out to Nick, who is the absolute BEST) are next-level — incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. The gym itself is spotless, with a huge selection of top-tier equipment that’s always well-maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the community — supportive, welcoming, and driven. My teenage athlete loves training at HPLT with Nick. The gym is clean and the has all of the equipment he needs to build strength and endurance. The atmosphere is motivating for young athletes and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable.
