I always have a great experience at Hybrid Fitness no matter what time of the day I go. Sean and staff are very friendly and eager to assist. The gym is very clean and well kept. I recommend Hybrid Fitness to all of my friends, coworkers and family. It's Definitely worth it !!!!

I have been coming to this gym in Bath on Rte 54 for years as a retired person staying in shape, and it has never been better than with the new owners. SImple things like cleaning the carpets, new doormats and fixing some of the machines have helped to improve the atmosphere, I have noticed the many new members and I am sure that is why.

Didn't set foot in this place for over 2 years . Moved to a completely different town and signed up for a more mainstream and cheaper type fitness center (planet fitness) .Once the new owners took over , my frozen account was now charged with the insane amount and though they remedied the problem. Not one single care was given on their behalf on refunding me . Typical high-school small town shenanigans . Some people never change.

I've been here more than once to cancel my membership and yet I've continued to get charged. Even though they "cancelled all memberships and automatic payments" while they had to close due to the pandemic - and I was never charged during that time. They don't answer the phone ever either - you have to go in person and there isn’t always someone their during the hours they have posted.

8 months after I cancelled my membership, a charge for membership showed up on my bank account. I tried, without success, to contact the owner. My bank filed a complaint. This has happened to three other women. Beware!!

Giving them 2 stars for now. The reason is that the owner, "Paul", has been very frustrating to deal with. I have left 7 messages for him to contact me over for over a month now. I have called, and left paper messages and gone into the gym when the staff told me he would be in and he was not there.... This is all over a billing issue where they are taking more than twice as much as they were supposed to every month. And he is the only one that can fix it the staff tell me. I am not one that likes to give poor reviews but the owner Paul has this one coming. Not anyway to treat a customer!!! Beware :( Staff gets a thumbs up though!

Clean! Good music. Great selection of dumbbells (2-100#), cardio machines, and fitness machines in every corner. A nice room tucked in the back for stretching, cycling, and abs. Stacey, one of the owners, welcomed us at the door and even threw a few weights around while we were there. I would pick this gym over any other in the area.
