I really love Hydrogen Fitness Greenwich! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, and the whole place feels really warm and welcoming. It’s always clean, organized, and has such a great vibe. I moved to the neighborhood recently and needed a new gym that was close by, had fitness classes especially HIIT training and not overly crowded. Hydrogen checked all my boxes and had my needs packaged into one. For days I want to switch up my routine beside using the equipments, various classes are available, there’s a studio & turf area for me to do my own workout and not feel like I’m in the way of others.

The gym is clean, staff is welcoming, one of the amenities I like using so far is the sauna, the gym never seems crowded even from times ranging from 6 am to 11 pm. The instructors are awesome! Jeanel, Kyla & Maritza class are usually really awesome.

This Greenwich facility is pretty much what I’m looking for in a gym. Not some fancy country club type atmosphere like other gyms in the area. The weight room is clean, spacious (but not too big) and all of the equipment is new and in working condition. All of the free weight is also new. Ive enjoyed my experience.

Not worth the price it charges. I feel like the gym is ran by a bunch of college kids. I wasn’t able to stretch in one of the “classes room”because a class was in session. Meanwhile, there was ONE PERSON in the room. Not very nice to try to kick a pregnant woman out of the space.

Honestly at this point I’m disgusted.
I’m giving $150 a month on the membership for this supposedly high end gym. But is it ridiculously DIRTY. I cannot take the shower situation anymore. Same stains that were in there weeks ago are still in there. You call tell if it was actually cleaned properly the showers could look so much better. The steam room is also disgusting.

I have trained at every gym all over the country. From CT to NYC & PA if you utilize the tools this is a perfect facility completely equipped for all main classes. Strength, conditioning, flexibility & recovery! I could always life weight but now being able to do Pilates, boxing, weight training, conditioning, & sit in Redlight sauna while finishing with cold plunge, your are getting everything you need for you body to be at peak performance. I am 4 months post cancer and I have completely healed my self while feeling like I am just getting started. Best gym.

I had my first workout at Hydrogen Fitness and I’m already loving it! The gym is clean, spacious, and well laid out, which made it super easy to navigate. The energy in the space was motivating, but still welcoming perfect for getting in the zone without feeling overwhelmed.
One of the highlights was the smoothie bar! After my workout, I stopped by and Jada made me a smoothie that was so good. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain the different options. You can tell she enjoys making people feel at home. That small touch made my first visit even better.
Can’t wait to come back and try one of their classes next. This gym might just be my new favorite spot.

I recently joined Hydrogen Fitness and overall I’ve had a pretty solid experience. I do wish the gym offered longer hours on weekends or had more flexibility with guest passes. Also, while the membership price is fair for what you get, it may not be the most affordable gym in the area. That is something to consider if you are working with a tighter budget.

I recently tried out Hydrogen Fitness on their 3-day free trial, and I was blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking the time to give me a tour and answer all my questions.

Everything was clean, organized, and in excellent condition, which made it easy to focus on my workouts.
I also took advantage of one of their group classes during my trial, and it was fantastic! The instructor was energetic and engaging, and the class was challenging but fun.

We were members of Greenwich Gym but recently had to cancel our membership due to an upcoming move. Surprisingly, this was one of the rare times a gym didn’t try to nickel and dime us during the cancellation process. The manager, Carlo, was incredibly understanding and even asked if there was anything they could have done to retain our business. It was a very professional experience.

The staff at the gym are always friendly, the smoothies are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive to people of all backgrounds. The classes are fantastic and well worth attending, even if you can only make it once or twice a week.
