Great heated studio and instructors! I have enjoyed all the 26:2 classes but I really love Sarah's hot Power Flow. She has calming energy and gives wonderful demonstrations/explanations. Namaste πͺ·

I sent an email several weeks ago asking them to please put my membership on pause or cancel outright due to unforeseen health issues. They still have not responded and the auto renew is coming up. Unprofessional. Plus, I felt kind of duped into the auto renew. The Enlightenment special is portrayed as a month to month plan but it is actually a monthly auto renew that lasts a year. Sneaky in a way that makes you think it's your fault because you were too dumb to read thoroughly. Not kind.
**update**
received a reply stating I had two accounts and the staff accidentally looked at the account that had no membership on it. Was told that the active membership on other account will not renew. Time will tell. Thanks for the prompt reply this time.

Need more variety.

Absolutely wonderful 26 + 2 studio. I see reviews that are critical of the 26 + 2 practice here and I donβt understand what that is about. There are plenty of studios to choose from - this studio is a 26 + 2 studio and they stay in that lane perfectly. I have been practicing this yoga for 15+ years and this studio is legit. The class is difficult and the heat requires planning(drink lots of water 12 hours leading up to class) I will visit every time I am in the Buffalo area. Out of towners - try the $60 unlimited out of town pass :). Thank you, I am Yoga Buffalo!

I went to a Saturday morning 26/2 class. While I am not a beginner and this was not my first hot yoga class, I struggled a bit and was not able to complete the hour-long class. That being said, I loved it and felt amazing afterwards. Everyone at the studio made me feel comfortable and welcome, and made sure to check in with me after the class to see how I was doing. It was an incredible experience and I believe I may even do it again!

Sharon's, (Ms. Chuns' and Matalynns') class was 90 minutes of very valuable and direct instruction and understanding of yoga. As a beginner, I found the best way to enjoy the class was to listen first and then observe how others reacted to the instruction through the mirrors. I encourage anyone who can stand heat (100+Β° f) and sweat (a change of clothes is recommended). Come on in, and check it out for yourself, and don't forget to bring water!!! Namasta

The instructors are outstanding! However, with the limited availability of this type of practice, youβd think they'd be less rigid about timeliness. Iβve traveled 30 miles, 4X IN A ROW, arriving ON TIME, and still got locked out. If you canβt be early, donβt bother

Everyone I met here was so friendly. I did the new student intro special and all the teachers I met made me feel so comfortable & made sure I was prepared with towel, water, etc. They also remembered my name which was so nice. And they give you the sweetest little welcome envelope with electrolytes at your first class. Love! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely fantastic studio. The warmth gets into my muscles more than a traditional yoga class and the teachers are super knowledgable and inspiring. Keri and Madeline are my favorites β€π₯°

Clean, comfortable, reliable place to have great instruction of Hot Yoga. Everyone is friendly and willing to chat between classes to answer questions. As a newcomer, I felt very welcome.

Hot Yoga is way too hot, uncomfortable , unable to breathe atmosphere cold, military style teaching and uninviting. NO music, no feeling of belonging or comraderie. When asking for help, ignored and instead they helped the more experienced student..I left, and found a much better place up the road..

Super easy yoga! Good for beginners and those who aren't in shape. Most of the students there aren't fit and are huffing and puffing while barely doing anything. Made me feel good because I am just getting back after having a baby. Very easy mild exercise. You won't build muscle or lose weight, but you will feel better!

Bikram Yoga is now "I am yoga of buffalo". Visited recently and was impressed. The facility is very clean. Love the hand painted Indie flame artwork on the walls. Plan to visit again very soon. The new owner is very knowledgeable and dedicated. Love the location in the village. Very pedestrian-friendly. I can get a fresh juice or wheat grass shots close by. Can visit the park and waterfall a block away to relax. A really great place to be.
