Had class with Dr Elizabeth and it was amazing! Great cues, and explanation when needed! It was challenging but also enjoyable! The studio is super clean and modern which is nice also! Lots of available parking around too which is a huge plus!

Owner of this amazing female-owned Pilates studio, Hayley S. is - in a word - masterful. The depth and breadth of her knowledge, the execution of her expertise, and her attention to each client’s individual needs is unmatched. I specifically sought her out knowing she would be the one to address my core instability after three children while also implementing a plan to relieve my low back pain; the result of many years of scoliosis. Thanks to Hayley, I am gaining the body I want, while maintaining the body I’ve been given. She has grown this small business and created a culture of instructors who embody the ethos that is I•D Pilates.

Love this studio! Took my first ever pilates class here and have been back many times since. The classes are fun yet challenging and instructor are all super friendly and welcoming. When I came into my first class, I was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect in a pilates class but the instructors were super helpful in showing me what to do / how to use Reformers for the first time!

I've been livestreaming classes and watching their YouTube videos during the covid-19 shutdown and it's been a great experience! The instructors cue in a way that is very easy to follow and I appreciate how intentional the movements are. I've found the classes to be easily adaptable to my own needs as well. The classes are taught with a holistic view on wellness rather than a "push yourself as far as you can go" mentality, which I very much appreciate.

Long and Lean Pilates is my absolute favorite studio. The instructors are great. Each one has a different vibe and approach, which is great. They are very welcoming and inclusive, and they challenge you at the same time (no matter what your level). It's the only studio I've ever been able to stick it with on a consistent basis for a long period of time. I've been going for almost two years and training there has been one of the best decisions of my life in terms of health and wellness. It's a game changer.

I have been going to this studio for almost two year and it is simply fantastic. The instructors are wonderful--extremely knowledgeable, friendly, supportive. There is a wide range of classes, so that you can start as a beginner, like I did, and work your way up. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

I go to this studio at least 3 times a week. Every instructor is so different Which I enjoy. they are all very patient and attentive during the small group class. I’m happy I chose L&L as part of my post partum recovery. If you are curious about classic Pilates this is the best place to go- it can be intimidating but the instructors really take the time to make you feel comfortable.

After years of being inactive I decided to try out Long + Lean Pilates and never turned back! I was a bit intimidated by a reformer but Hayley (studio owner) was great at walking this first timer through the machine and classic Pilates exercises. It's a wonderful studio with a great sense of community and amazing instructors.

There are classes/instructors for all different levels of Pilates experience. Suggestions for beginners - work up to Jacquie and Ashley's classes, they move faster and having a solid base understanding Pilates movements is helpful to reduce any intimidation factor and post work out burn. Yes... you will for sure experience the Pilates burn! The circuit classes with Jacquie and Ashley are high intensity (serious burn) and fun but definitely require a familiarity of all the equipment as you use all the stations (reformer, jumpboard, cadillac, stall bars, chairs) in a fast paced 45 min workout.

The small class sizes (5 spot per group class) make it welcoming to any newbie and allows for your best chance of instructors giving you attention and actually walking you through proper positioning for each movement.

I would recommend this studio to anyone who does or does not have experience with Pilates.
