I was looking for something different than the average gym atmosphere of just weights, treadmills etc. This is the place to go.
The center has Reformer machines, TRX, cycles and towers as machines.
The trainers are exceptional: Jill, Suzanne, Nancy, Janice, Kettie and Tara are great. They are friendly, cordial and take their time in checking form as you complete the various exercises.
Thank you All for the hard work and is appreciated very much so.
Highest of recommendations.

I love coming here to do Pilates! Jeanice is amazing and explains everything so throughly. I started here through ClassPass. And I do not regret it! I definitely recommend coming here and talking a class with jeanice!

I love this studio and all the instructors! I have been a member for over a year, and it has completely transformed by body. In addition to that, my chronic back pain has subsided. I have never been the type to work out early in the morning but now I am going 2-3 times a week before I start my day, and I love it! I highly recommend IMX Pilates in Deer Park!

A Pilates studio for all !! my chronic back pain eased, my core is noticeably stronger, I lost weight, and I gained lean muscle. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and hands-on, tailoring sessions to my limitations while progressively challenging me. The facility is clean, calm, and well-equipped, with small class sizes that ensure personal attention. If you want a low-impact resistance training program that reliably improves flexibility, builds core strength, and muscle, this studio is worth it!

The beginner's class is definitely a workout! There's no pressure from the instructors to push yourself. I had a great 1st experience, so I signed up for the 30-day unlimited package.

I tried imx Pilates yesterday for the first time. My friend loves this place and took me with her to try out a class. This is my first time doing any Pilates work out. The facility is very clean! The instructor was friendly, helpful and engaging. I could follow along with her instructions. This is Pilates using a machine with weights & resistance. I love the constant movement that the class offered. Afterwards I immediately felt stronger. I look forward to going back for more classes.

I've been going now for 3 months and LOVE IT! Jill and all the other trainers are excellent; they watch you and motivate. Great for 1st timers and experienced; the advanced classes are intense! I suggest taking it slow, to learn and understand how your body is reacting to the excersice. But, if you are looking for advanced and to learn more; this is the place. These trainers have a lot of rabbits in their hat and will keep you feeling challenged and body wholesome. Ain't cheap,But TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE! 7 days open, morning and evening beginner classes.

IMX Pilates is a life saver for all the benefits I have received over the years. I began going in my late 50's. Knees, shoulders, neck, back and foot injuries, arthritis, tendon tears, etc. from being athletic when I was younger. Slowly Jill began to strengthen areas that even walking and yoga could not help without me re-injuring something. Because of the skill of the staff (everyone is great!) and the many modifications Pilates offers, I am in such better condition now than 5 years ago. Without doubt I highly recommend IMX.... the exercises can be done lying down yet they can be challenging for anyone in any condition!! ~Paulette
