In-person yoga classes are held at May Memorial Church, 3800 E. Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY, 13214. Reiki sessions (sessions available live on Zoom or by phone). Reiki sessions, shares & classes are live online by registration only.

I use Sarah Carr as massage therapist! She is attentive and a talented therapist. The studio also has a Cafe and tea area. If your not into yoga or massage therapy this is great place to work and sip on a hot drink.

I've been to many yoga centers in the area and this facility is beautiful. A wonderful place to practice yoga and also take advantage of other wellness services, for example massages. There's a variety of classes on the schedule - something for all ages and abilities. I love coming here and I'm so pleased I found Infinite Light!
