I am posting this review not because I am totally astounded that after the past year working with Ilya my spine bone density has increased by an astounding 9.2%; but, because I want to share with those seeking the best of the best fitness professionals that Ilya will listen, watch & continuously evaluate & modify a unique fitness protocol to meet your fitness goals, strengths, weaknesses and appetite for challenge. His is the highest quality fitness experience imaginable and a wonderful, smart, decent and fun person to get to know.

Training with Ilya has been a wonderful experience! He explains exercises really well and is patient and encouraging. Ilya is very knowledgeable about physiology and body mechanics, as well as how to use training and stretching to build long term strength and improve overall health. I also appreciated the variety of exercises Ilya would incorporate in our sessions. He kept each session interesting and a bit different, introducing me to new exercises, which was really fun! If you are looking for a more holistic approach to training, Ilya is the perfect trainer for you!

Ilya is an outstanding fitness trainer. When I first visited him he was very thorough in evaluating my fitness level and the areas I wanted to improve. During my training sessions he explained how to do each exercise, made sure my form was correct and explained how the exercises helped me improve the areas important to me. Ilya was always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I recommend Ilya if you are looking for an outstanding trainer.

Ilya trains my daughter, who has a cognitive disability. She loves going to Ilya’s studio every Friday. Ilya’s routines are carefully tailored to Lily’s needs, and she is in the best shape of her life. Ilya is extremely professional, yet warm and welcoming at the same time. I would rate him higher than 5 stars if that was an option.

Ilya is a great trainer. He’s very knowledgable about body mechanics and has given me a lot of insight that has helped me train better on my own. I’ve worked with other personal trainers and none have helped me improve fundamental mobility issues the way Ilya has. He’s also relaxed, fun to work with and an interesting guy. I’d recommend him to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level or goals.

I've been working out with Ilya for a few months now, and couldn't recommend him more. He's thoughtful and intuitive with the way that he plans each workout and makes recommendations for what to do outside of sessions with the goal of making movement an everyday part of your life. His energy is very chill and he has knowledge for about any fitness topic you can throw him. I felt myself getting stronger in just a few weeks and have been having fun along the way.

Working with Ilya for the past couple of months has not only made me stronger and increased my energy, it has changed the way I relate to exercise, Qigong, and my body and being as a whole.
His knowledge and experience are deep and wide. And he answers questions in a way that meets me at my level. As a result, I'm learning a lot about the body and physiology in a way that I didn't in my studies.
I never know what he will have in store for me, so sessions are always interesting and I always look forward to them. I am so grateful to be working with Ilya!

Ilya has been training me since before the pandemic. I have a bed knee and he's the only PT who has really helped, even though he's not technically a PT. I admire his broad range of knowledge, from tai chi to yoga to weight lifting to meditation to anatomy. Plus he has the dumbest jokes ever!

Ilya is an amazing trainer. As an older person it’s good to have someone like Ilya who knows what you need and not someone who just makes you do sit-ups forever. (Although we do do sit-ups) I’ve gotten much stronger and feel more centered especially when I play tennis.

Integral Method Fitness is life changing training and fitness. I’ve been working with Ilya for over a year and a half. Under his expert guidance and care, my growth — mind, body and soul — has been truly transformative. I’m extremely grateful to be able to work with him and learn from him in his beautiful gym. I cannot recommend him enough. (Also, he’s funny and should probably have his own tv show.)

I have been working with Ilya at Integral Fitness for more than a year, and he has proven to be an amazing instructor and fitness guru. I have been continually impressed with his knowledge of the body and anatomy, and his ceaseless ability to find new ways to make exercise an exciting ritual!
Though being still relatively young, I have come to Ilya with serious back problems. He has quickly been able to find the type of exercises that have eased a lot of my back problems I have been experiencing for years due to a lot of sitting and lack of right type of exercising! He has helped me to create quick routines I can perform when I travel and have no gym environment or a lot of time on my hands that significantly improve my condition.
Thanks to Ilya, I have fallen in love with Kettlebells, and have learned great many things about my body I believe will help me in years to come! His knowledge encompasses elements of Yoga, meditation, martial arts, strength training, crossfit, kettlebells and weight lifting and even parkour! I highly recommend him for whatever your needs may be!
