This year I am about to turn 40. I promised myself that I would be in the best shape of my life. I have been working with Jordan for only a few weeks so far and she is unlike any other trainer I have ever come across. Jordan is extremely attentive; she listens to your goals and is able to guide you in the right direction. Not only is knowledgeable about the body and nutrition, but she fully understands that every person is unique in the sense of what works for them. Within the last few weeks, I have seen a personal difference in my stamina, my outlook on my food intake and an overall eagerness to get to the gym. I have had people in my life who have already noticed positive differences with my body and I couldn’t be happier. Jordan is a great trainer who pushes you to be the best version of yourself. People remember how you make them feel not always what is said. Every time I leave a session with Jordan I feel a weight lifted off my shoulder (no pun intended). Not only is she VERY well educated on human anatomy and knows exactly when and where to adjust to feel the correct muscle engagement but she also knows how to carry your mindset through the session. It’s never just counting sets and reps it’s meaningful conversations, light chit chat, laughing through the pain or sitting comfortably in silence dying between a set. You can tell how passionate she is in her skill which brings it beyond just having a skill, she sets a unique tone on every workout making it addicting in the best way and worry free. Jordan is authentic, patient, and incredibly perceptive which brings her training to an entirely different level of professionalism and enjoyment that is not easy to find. Jordan is absolutely amazing!! I was a beginner in the gym, so I was not confident in my form and using the machines. Jordan helped me so much in being comfortable using the machines and doing certain workouts. I never thought I would ever hire a personal trainer… Training with Jordan has been a total game changer for me. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also pays close attention to form—she makes sure I’m moving safely and effectively with every movement. I’ve never left a session without feeling it the next day (in the best way possible!). That post-workout soreness is real. she knows exactly how to push me to my limits without overdoing it.

I’ve been working with Jordan for the past 4 months, and I truly can’t recommend her enough! I came in with herniated discs and other injuries, and she’s been incredibly mindful of every limitation while still challenging me to get better. I cannot say enough great things about working with Jordan! From the beginning, she has been incredibly patient and supportive. She truly takes the time to get to know me not just as a client, but as a whole person. She’s always checking in on my goals, listening to my needs, and adjusting our sessions to fit where I’m at physically.
One of the things I appreciate most is how adaptable she is. I’ve been working through a leg injury, and she always modifies our workouts in a way that keeps me progressing without ever pushing me beyond my limits. I never feel judged or pressured just consistently supported.
She also creates such a comfortable, encouraging environment that I actually look forward to our sessions (which says a lot coming from someone who used to dread working out!). There’s no place I’d rather be than at Intoxx Fitness! The work staff is so welcoming to their members and the best equipment is provided.The personal training program is without a doubt the best I’ve seen. My session with personal trainer Adam Levintov has especially helped me on my journey. He has shown me many new exercises, some I had not heard of prior, and I now include them in my workouts. Adam makes sure that all his clients are using weight that is comfortable with them and he can always tell when it’s time to increase. I thought I could never bench 185lbs, but he encouraged me to do it, and I got it up! Adam will never steer you wrong. My children gave me a gym membership and I kinda rolled my eyes. Not my thing. Well, its the best thing ever! Adam, my trainer, is so dedicated and is teaching me by example to love the gym . My posture has improved and I am getting stronger. Adam tweaks the way I hold a weight or position my arms and many other small changes to make my position correct while I’m working out. He gently pushes me to my limits. I am so grateful to him. Intoxx Is a great gym. The people there are friendly and encouraging.. You’ll have very serious members as well as people who just need a nice place to get in workouts. I have been going for over six months now which is a record breaker for me and I have never lacked assistance or a friendly face. I am so grateful I joined.

I want to begin by saying that I am having such a great experience training with Jordan. She provides that delicate balance of knowing how much to motivate me and what my body needs and what I can and can’t do. She also provides me with tools balancing training, eating and working on my goals moving forward each week. It is invaluable for words what it brings me. She also provides me with Education about my body and even meals, food I should be eating and on a weekly basis. I feel like she really cares as well and I’m not just a client which is comforting on my journey. I feel so good I’m going to go to the gym on days without her and that’s a feat in itself. The gym itself is amazing, lots of different equipment, spacious areas and inviting atmosphere. Wipes are scattered around to disinfect equipment and the lockers have a lot of available space and the juice bar always has delicious snacks. everyone is so helpful from the front desk to other gym members and trainers for any questions you may have or help you may need. as a beginner myself, it was the perfect place for me, everyone of every fitness journey is here which makes it all the more motivating. I’ve been personal training with Jordan and i can honestly say she is a very big part of how i got to where i am today. her helpfulness, understanding and kindness have made the gym a place i am comfortable in and WANT to go to. she clearly explains how i can achieve a goal from my starting point and makes me believe i can do it. most of all is her knowledge, she knows just how to help every kind of person and her intelligence is very valuable, especially for a beginner. my progression in the gym has been amazing and it’s thanks to all these working parts, especially Jordan’s coaching. If anyone was looking for a new gym to try, a place to start or anything in between, I couldn’t recommend Intoxx more!

I had the privilege to work with trainer Jeanette Vives, who is a skilled professional that exceeds competence in all areas of training particular muscle groups and other areas such as weight loss, and strength training. Not only do I love this gym and the quality of this gym. It’s proven time overtime that the money I pay for my membership goes back into the gym. But also, their training program is amazing. My trainer Jeanette Vives has given me a strength both physically, and mentally, which is some thing that you need when you are beginning your fitness journey. It’s a hard thing to change your body but it’s also a hard thing to change your mind and my coach is irreplaceable. She’s wonderful and I would recommend her to everyone.
