I've been 7 times now. I love how clean it is and the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. It's friendly without being "cult-like" the way some gyms have made me feel. Also, the other people there have been nice - I like that. I don't feel like I've walked into someone else's party uninvited.

Jacked is a great place to go whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced gym goer. The trainer I’ve been working with, Laurie, is awesome! She’s really nice, cares about your form, and is willing to work around injuries. A very flexible place with a lot of great equipment and Avery welcoming environment.

Jen the owner is awesome. She always gets back to you if you had any questions or concerns. The Black out strength classes are so great it really took me out of my comfort zone. I just started a membership not even a month ago I had a great experience. It's affordable they all speak when they see you very professional and very clean. They have tons of equipment to use. It's easy to feel comfortable and at "home" while you take care of business getting fit. My brother and I enjoy going there! We also look forward to gym days!!! Also love that it's accessible 24/7

The 6 week challenge really helps you to identify where your nutrition and exercise weakness is. The customized nutrition plan shows you how to eat a well balanced diet.
What I found was that I was not eating enough to give my body the nutrients it needs.

Jacked nutrition programs are the single best favor you can do for yourself. I have learned how to eat healthy meals that taste great and how to prep my foods for the week. I recently took part in the nutrition program through Jacked Fitness. I have done many other diet/nutrition programs before and this is by far the best. The one on one program management as well as the delicious meal plan (which is created for you with shopping lists) make this by far the best program I have done. I was able to lose 8 pounds in six weeks despite my numerous other health issues and the medications that I’m on. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

I WAS SKEPTIC AND NERVOUS!!!! I can now put that feeling behind me. I started with a meeting with Jen to discuss what I was looking for to be a better me. I started my journey with the 6 week challenge. This included a nutritional meal plan just for me and work-outs that were for a beginner that was comfortable but still rewarding. I am 42 years old and weighed 237.9lbs(ashamed at the # but I'm a work in progress) at the beginning. My goal is to gain strength, lose weight and not feel so tired and sluggish. I am still in the 6 week challenge and so far I have lost 9 lbs (which some may think is not much but for me IT'S A MILESTONE) and feel less sluggish in the morning after I have slept all night. My energy level is better and I am feeling better about myself. I have tried many over the counter diets Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, Keto, and Dietary Supplements. Nothing seem to help. They never made me feel good about me. I just would like to encourage you if your taking the time to read this THAT YOU ARE WORTH BEING A BETTER YOU!! My journey has just started and I am not giving up. I want to extend a special THANK YOU TO JEN FOR BELIEVING IN ME AND HER POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE THAT SHE PROVIDES. While passing through town, I noticed the sign for jacked fitness. In need of a good workout, I decided to give it a try. Once inside I was greated by the owner Jen who was very flirtatious and easy on the eye. I couldn't help but notice that she kept checking out my delts. After some brief peacocking by both of us, I was given a tour. I must admit I was shocked at all the eye candy, for such a small town. Following the tour I took part in the CrossFit program that really got my heart pumping and confidence high. So high in fact that I asked Jen for her number. To my surprise she declined and asked me to leave. Heart broken and sweaty I left and promised never to return.

Let me list just a few reasons why- 24/7 fitness club- I excercise when it's convient for me, variety of classes, one on one coaching available, and a nutritional program that is actually doable& understanding of goals besides customized menus with food that I actually like and eat!!! The coaches and Jen make me feel supported in reaching my goals besides assisting me in the physical workouts and modifying an activity so I can still achieve what I want to physically. Absolutely love Jacked! Started with the free community CrossFit class and decided to join the CrossFit group! Jen is a great trainer-she is there giving tips to each person no matter their level- constantly helping us to improve our form and guard against injury etc. Enjoy the variety that CrossFit offers-classes change daily which challenges different body parts and produces great results! Feel stronger and more fit- even in my day to day life- as a result!

If you dont know where to start on your health journey, start here!! The nutrition program is so helpful and tailored right to your needs. PS it also makes your shopping list for you 😍 Jen is motivating, understanding, and the farthest from judgemental. She is truly there to help everyone on their journey. All of the staff and gym members help each other out and are very enthusiastic, supportive, and encouraging. Great place to work out (especially the "Black Out" gym building), and it's always open 24/7... I'd also like to thank Jennifer at Jacked Fitness for taking the time to train and help me with the CrossFit program and nutrition.
