I’ve only joined a little over 2 weeks ago but I can say I absolutely love this gem of a gym in downtown Jamestown. Private. Not too busy. There is a speaker that I can use to play my music. Everyone has been so friendly so far.

I'm so glad I found this place! The owner is the sweetest girl ever and she's very knowledgeable about fitness! This gym has several machines to work your whole body so whenever I leave I really feel great! I love how it's a 24 hour gym where you can come anytime and feel safe bc the doors stay locked. It's a nice quiet laidback place with nice people there, I totally recommend it to anyone!

I just started getting back into working out lately and that gym has been perfect for me. I’m a night owl and 24 hours is important to me. It’s never dirty, with a friendly atmosphere. A pretty diverse selection of workouts too.

A truly wonderful 24 hour gym located right in the heart of downtown Jamestown!

Has every pice of equipment you could ever need to achieve any body goal you desire. Everyone who goes there is very friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable.

I would like to give this place more then 5 stars but I can't.

Also there is a bakery down the street if you are looking to get a post workout treat ;) not that I have ever done anything like that....

I love this hidden "gem" in Jamestown NY!

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The gym houses every equipment you need to be in top notch shape. This place is no B.S, just plain good ol' iron paradise!

Great place to workout with great people. Extremely convenient, affordable and family friendly regardless of your level of training. I live out of state and workout here when I travel to Jamestown. I look forward to my next trip!
