I tried jazzercise for the first time here and it was amazing! They were so encouraging and helpful walking in. The instructor talked to us before and after and made the class so much fun! I had never been to Jazzercise but took my first class last night with a friend. It was a great work out and fun! It was a mix of cardio with dance moves and some weight training! The instructor Katina made it fun! I can’t wait to try another class!

So glad I found this place! Fits the bill for a really fun workout. I love that you can scale the workouts up or down so they work for all fitness levels. Everyone there is incredibly nice and welcoming. If you're even thinking about it, you should give it a try.

I recently joined Jazzercise & after taking a couple of classes, I wish I would have joined sooner! The classes are fun, easy to follow & can be done at any fitness level! I cant say enough about this location's instructors & owner. They are AWESOME...very welcoming, teach you how to modify exercises if needed & make the class fun! If you're thinking about joining, just do it...you won't regret it!

Hands down the best choice I have ever made by joining Jazzercize. I always look forward to walking through those doors and I feel amazing when I leave. I have been a member for over 13 years! The program speaks for itself with THE BEST MUSIC , work out choreography and THE BEST INSTRUCTORS EVER!! Jazzercise works as a total mind and body conditioner for me. Perfectly designed for sculpting, strengthening and Ofcourse balanced with cardio. At Commack Jazz, for every instructor this is a labor of love delivered. Suzanne along with all the beautiful instructors, Barbara, Ann, Tammy, Alyssa, Jody , Beth, Helene, Stacy.... deliver the best of the best workout sets. Every class feels as we have our own private instructors. The members at the studio are a huge family all dancing and having fun together!!! A must place to be... Jazzercise is way of life!!!!

I absolutely love this program! I’ve been a member for 11 years. It was a program I returned to after doing it for a few years in the mid 90’s (I left due to illness & life going in another direction). It’s such an effective workout that is fun. The instructors make sure we are working to our full potential and at a pace suitable to our needs. Safety through proper technique is the utmost important thing focused on to ensure a successful workout. The music is current and the routines are consistently updated. The facility is immaculate and the owner is very attentive to her members. There is a camaraderie here among members and staff like no other place/gym in which I’ve belonged.

I have been going to jazzercise on and off for over 30 years . I find It is the only place where you can get a full body work out including aerobics and weights with amazing instructors. The instructors face you so they let you know and correct you if you are holding a weight incorrectly , they also give you pointers so you do not injure yourself during the work out . The instructors also give the members the opportunity to ask questions after class . It’s like a family every one who comes in is met and welcomed in a friendly manner . The hours are fantastic for the members who work you have evening hours and many choices available from 1/2 sessions to 1 hour . Saturday and Sunday are also available! The Studio is large so you have plenty of room to workout .. I highly recommend jazzercise you will not be disappointed .

I have been going to Jazzercise for over 8 years & absolutely love it! It is a fun, full body work out. If you do it regularly (at least 3 times a week) your body changes, loses inches, becomes more toned & gets stronger. The more you do it, the better you feel! Truth! The more you do it, the more flexible you become, the less stiff you are & the less aches & pains you have. The music is great & before you know it, the hour is over & you've exercised your whole body. Suzanne, the owner, cares very much for all her students & always tries to make sure we are doing the moves correctly. She's very specific in her instructions. All the instructors are great & add a little something different to every class. There are a few different classes to choose from & you don't get bored...there is Strength, Fusion, Interval Fusion, Dance Mixx & even a 30 minute Express Class.

I have been a member of Jazzercise for over 20 years, and I absolutely love it! The Commack facility is the best place to get your sweat on! Jazzercise, as a workout, continues to evolve. There are new routines every few months and all the music is current. You’ll find yourself dancing in your car when a Jazzercise song comes on! Suzanne, the facility owner, has been great throughout this pandemic. She’s given us access to classes so that we can continue working out at home. She is always available either through email or text and responds very quickly. She’s one of the hardest working women I know. I am so happy to be a member of this exercise program.

Dancing is the only “exercise” I truly enjoy. Current top 10 hits are used for each routine and it’s never boring or repetitious. It’s pure FUN!
Besides the cardio & strength benefits, it helps with balance, flexibility & tone. I’ve made “forever friendships” that I cherish, & they help to keep me coming to class when I just want to skip it!

I have been a member of Jazzercise for I believe 18 years now. It has helped keep me in shape through two pregnancies and after knee surgery. The classes meet the needs of all levels. They show you modifications and low impact alternatives in case you need it. It is also a great stress reliever. I enjoy the classes and the instructors. The music they use varies from the classics to today’s current music. I also enjoy seeing friends I have made over the years doing Jazzercise. You don’t just feel like a member of a club. They make you feel like family.

I LOVE JAZZERCISE!!!!! I have been with Jazzercise since I was 19 years old and in college. I am now almost 48 and I love it more than ever. I have tried gyms, zumba etc.... .Here is a place you can come work out , everybody is friendly and non-judgemental. The women that go here are probably from 35 to 89 years old. There is some thing for everybody here.No matter what your size or physical limitations are there r classes and modifications for everybody.

. When the pandemic hit and Nys shut everything down Suzanne the owner instantly got us free Jazzercise on demand so we could work out while things were being figured out for a month
She started live classes on fb with other instructors as soon as it was possible , One in the morning one in the evening. Who else would do that? I’ve made some great friends

I have been a member since 2002. The instructors are great, the music suits all tastes and I love when the music is a song I’ve heard on the radio and can sing along with. Moved to the Commack area 10 years ago and have been a member since we arrived. A wide variety of classes are offered to address individual needs and goals as well as, time schedules. Classes are upbeat with current music and exercise trends and new routines are frequently introduced Communication has been excellent and the owner is very responsive to the needs and concerns of the members. The physical facility is clean, comfortable and well organized .
Online classes have been a godsend during the pandemic and I thank the owner for all her efforts during this difficult time.

I started going there because my doctor suggested it as a "good idea" to spark up my metabolism, and continued going because I just loved it! Hi, I have been a "Jazzer" since I've been 18. 30 plus years later, I still love it. It is a comprehensive workout with dance routines set to current music with new routines added every 6 weeks. You can modify how intense you want your workout to be. With elements of stretching, yoga and pilates, what's not to love? Jazzercise keeps me healthy, physically & mentally!
