A great fitness studio in a nice coworking space, the amenities are great, including showers. Also they have a kitchenette and a cool lounge area where it is just pleasant to hang out. Make sure to check your email for an elevator code before coming, you won't be let in by the security guy unless you have one.
The class combines elements of dance, barre and cardio with weights.
I should note that the floor was not very clean with some dust and hair gear an there but luckily we used mats for the floor work.
