An easy five stars for Trainer Joe. He helped me get back into shape, but most importantly, he helped me figure out how to achieve it with realistic goals and on a realistic timeline.
Trainer Joe's workouts are always challenging but totally doable. His diet coaching has been equally, if not more, important than the workouts. He gave me personalized nutrition advice that made a massive difference. I've learned so much about fueling my body properly; I never feel hungry or overly restricted when I follow his advice. Trainer Joe is your person if you're looking for a trainer who knows what they are talking about!

What's great about joe is he gets down to the nuts and bolts of it all. He doesn't post or talk about silly motivational quotes. He works on building discipline and consistency. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Not your typical trainer and advisor. If you are honest and open with him, you will see results.

I reached out to Joe for his help passing a civil service physical agility exam. Joe understood for the necessary information in order to structure an effective and successful program to achieve my goals.
Joe’s communication skills are second to none and responded to my questions and concerns in a reasonable time. Joe was willing to work around my busy schedule to meet in person and sometimes remote.
Joe allows for his clients to have some insight in their training and takes into consideration their occupations, which might effect their training.
Joe’s services are reasonably priced and is flexible with payment methods.
I would fully recommend Joe’s services to anyone looking to pass a civil service physical agility exam.

Joe is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their individual needs for a tailored workout. Not only does he create amazing workout plans, he is also very knowledgeable about diet plans.
I have been training with Joe for a few months now and I see how much my body has improved! He also creates a diet plan for me. Instead of gaining the quarantine 15 I have lost the weight and continuing to.
Joe is extremely professional and will ALWAYS take the time out of his day for his clients. 10/10 would recommend.
