No place like Kaliber!
Before walking in the doors my mindset was unhealthy and unconfident. Fast forward 3 months later training at Kaliber with Paul and I’ve never felt better both mentally and physically. I can’t speak highly enough about Paul and Kaliber fitness ! It’s so important that you find a personal trainer that understands you and whatever goals you may have. As a former college athlete I find myself thinking I wish I had Paul as a trainer when I was still playing. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in and never leave the gym in pain or injured. We start every workout with some type of stretch and I have worked with many trainers in my life and that is RARE! There is a clear intention to improve flexibility and mobility within workouts along with improving strength. I also want to mention the convenience of an awesome 30 minute workout. I don’t love to workout so to be able to get meaningful work done in that amount of time is huge for me. Another massive perk of Kaliber is the set up. When I first went there I thought I was at an upscale gym in a major city. Turf, every weight and piece of equipment you could want, AND there is exposed brick?! It’s really a nice atmosphere. The last stand out amenity is a nice space to shower and get ready in. For us ladies - this is invaluable. 10/10 for Paul and Kaliber Fitness.

I am so fortunate to be training with owner, Paul Koval, at Kaliber Fitness Studio. Since May 2022, I have been meeting with Paul twice a week. He assesses my needs and designs workouts to address my areas of concerns. Paul's extensive knowledge and skillset have enabled me to stay active enjoying swimming, walking, spinning, gardening and caring for grandchildren. Paul's engaging personality motivates you to do more than you ever thought possible. In fact, my new goal is to eventually become Paul's oldest client over the next 25 years! Paul is an awesome trainer. His workouts are quick, very efficient and tailored to you. I’ve worked out my entire life and had been doing some exercises wrong for years. KALIBER fitness, specifically Paul, tailors your training program to what you are looking for and how you’re looking to advance your strength and conditioning. I’ve had a personal trainer in 5 different states and Paul has been the best. I look forward to my sessions weekly, which says a lot about him and his professionalism. The space feels like it could be in Manhattan and is absolutely beautiful. I thank him weekly for making me the strongest version of myself, both physically and mentally.

In February, I purchased a 10-pack of 30-minute sessions with Paul, who came highly recommended from several friends in the neighborhood. It was evident from the very start that Paul is at THE VERY TOP of his game. Before the sessions began, he spent time understanding my goals. He completed a thorough assessment before the initial session and continued to evaluate and educate me as we progressed. The exercises were varied and challenging to the perfect degree. By the third session, I began to feel more fit, had more energy, and was sleeping better than ever. Thank you, Paul -- you are FABULOUS!!! I would highly encourage anyone considering a personal trainer to go to Paul - plus...his new facility is stunning!

Training with Paul for the last 8 or 9 years has been the best training I have experienced in Saratoga. He motivates, inspires, communicates, is very knowledgeable and really gets to know his clientele. He is willing to take the time to explain what and why he chooses certain workouts if you are interested in learning more about the why and not just doing the lifts. He has so much passion for what he does that it really shows in his work and care. I have done group training many times before and during training with him and every time I end up dropping the group setting to only focus on the one on one! I see results every time. I had hip surgery last May and he has been a god send about it since. Always checking up on how I am feeling and modifying the workouts if needed. Kaliber Personal Training is a beautiful, clean, professional space to go!!! I don’t know where I would be in the health/fitness world if it weren’t for him!!! Thank you Paul for being the person and trainer you are!!!
