Thirty years of Strength, Yoga and Pilates training excellence!
Serving Orange, Sullivan and Ulster counties in New York.
I maintain, through continuing study, practice and periodic testing as necessary both my Personal Training Certification by N.A.S.M. and my Group Fitness Certification by A.C.E.
Over the years, I've discovered that the key to successfully training clients is to listen to their needs and blend the practices that work for them into a unique mix of Strength, Yoga and Pilates.

Kim Lowe is an absolute professional. Her knowledge of yoga and the anatomy is vast. I’ve been taking her yoga classes for two years and am always learning something new. Because of Kim’s training and guidance, I feel stronger, my balance and posture has improved significantly and I am able to calm my mind and focus better.
There are a lot of Yoga instructors out there but few are as experienced and kind as she is. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

As a longtime student of Kim's, I was thrilled to be able to join her Spring Renewal Workshop. She crafted each of the 40 classes with its own, unique flow. She offered detailed instruction and variations to accommodate individual physical abilities. She monitored our progress and gave suggestions for improvement. She gave context to the new positions and skills we were learning. Through it all, I grew to feel stronger, and more purposeful and optimistic. I intend to take any and every class she offers going forward and recommend her to all my friends.

This was my first yoga experience and Kim was the perfect teacher!
She was patient, calm, made sure we were using the proper form so it was the perfect way to start my day! I took the spring renewal workshop and "Zoomed" it every morning at 7 AM here on the West Coast. I plan on taking more of her classes and look forward to the serene atmosphere Kim creates with her voice and class!

I have had the great fortune to work with Kim for over 16 years. She has been an extraordinarily reliable and caring trainer throughout, directing both my routine workouts as well as my occasional recoveries from various injuries and surgeries. She is extremely knowledgeable and flexible about adapting many different types of exercise to any physical requirements of the moment, but she is especially qualified in the instruction of Pilates. Kim has been consistently professional and good humored throughout our many years together, and always on time no matter what the weather or the unpredictability of the NYC transit system. Kim Lowe is a rare find amoung teachers in the fitness industry. Yoga, Pilates, Sculpting, Cardio etc. you name it Kim's classes and training are top rated.

What I love about her method is her knowledge of alignment. Her classes are not only fun, but you are also learning about how to move your body for a safe, challenging and effective workout.

I met her at New York Sports Clubs years ago. She was teaching a class at 31st and Lexington Ave. I joined the group and immediately knew this woman knew her "stuff".
The class flowed through cardio, strength training exercises, pilates, and yoga.

As a fellow instructor I highly recommend Kim. I've learned a lot from her and consider it an honor to know her.

Kim is an outstanding instructor/trainer and friend. She walks the talk as a Yoga instructor, Pilates and Barre expert. She is an expert in her field, always staying a step ahead of the latest trend and filtering the good new from the silly. In fact, since I have been a member of almost all NYC health clubs, I can sincerely state she is one of the most well-trained and knowledgeable instructors I have had the pleasure to work with. Kim is patient, dependable, informative (this includes nutrition), intuitive to the body and graceful to watch. Even if I am injured she gives me exercises that help me heal, which only the best instructors can do. She has helped me, my mother and my fiance's three teenage boys. In conclusion, Kim is a rare find who I very highly recommend.
